Lori has made a "YouTube" about the Super Bowl.

Sure, she's posted about it a lot.  Nearly to the point of obsession, some might say.  Not to worry, though.  She's handling it fine.  Just.fine.

Really.

Did I say she was fine?  Because clearly she's fine.  Got it????  JUST.FINE!

***wanders off muttering incoherently about harlots of Babylon***

According to Louise Penny, FINE means Fucked-up, Insecure*, Neurotic* and Egotistical.  Works for me!

* No offense intended to good people who also happen to be insecure and/or neurotic.  It's a running gag in her books, about one particular person.

I’m a little baffled by the push back against the  half time show. Like I’m bi and they’re beautiful women but I didn’t really have a problem with lust? I was more like “holy crap how are they doing this?! This is amazing! OMGosh that was a good show!” Did I think the stripper pole was a bit much? Yes because there are children present.  But holy cow talent. Why would you expect them to sing in anything else? It seems like their normal performance attire.

I would bet the farm that Lori watched every single second of that half time show.  I don't care what she says, I guaran.damn.tee you she couldn't resist it.

Ken, though....she sent him for a walk.  ?

Can you imagine her reaction if she'd walked in and found him sitting there drooling over Shakira and JLo?  She'd have looked like Jack Nicholson from The Shining.

Yep!
Ken may not have watched that halftime show on Sunday but I’d bet my last dollar he watched it the next day. We all know he went “upstairs to work” and watched it over and over again through The Interwebz.

Also, Lori is too dumb to realize that every time she mentions “The Show She Did Not Watch,” people are searching for it to see what they missed.  There are probably a lot of people who have now seen it when they otherwise would have known nothing about it.

Not a football fan here, so I had no intention of watching the half-time show until my FB feed blew up with different versions of "shameful! what a travesty! I must wash out my eyes with soap!" rants.  So of course I had to see what all the fuss is about.  My guess is that I'm not the only one.

If Lori (and all her ilk) weren't so up in arms about the "sexual perversion" (their words, not mine) of the show, many otherwise "pure, holy, all the GodLori-approved things" minds would not have watched it and been exposed.

My husband and I watched it the next day, because neither of us are sports fans. I'll admit it was a little much for me-only a little-but I was impressed by their skill, and the strength that holding onto that pole would require.  I'm extremely envious of their ability, but I dont want them to stop just because I can't do it!

Did anyone else notice her FB post with Steven Molyneux has been deleted?  Earlier today I wanted to read the comments, but I would get redirected. Now the post is gone. Does anyone remember what it was about and why it disappeared?

Most of my friends (married) disappeared when Mr. Xtian died.

The women in the bereavement group that I belonged to after my daughter died all has the same experience with their friends, especially their couple friends, abandoning them after their husbands died.  I don't know if widowers have the same thing happen to them.

That reminds me that I need to remind my husband to take my sister's husband out for dinner while I'm gone.  He said he was going to.  Lee is still a member of the family.

Part of it is that on my side, seeing couples hurts. On their side, they see someone who has lost everything worth anything.

In the remake of The Italian Job,  John Bridger (Donald Sutherland), and later, Charlie Croker (Mark Wahlburg) say that FINE means Fucked-up, Insecure, Nervous and Emotional.  You don't ever want to FINE before you pull off a job.

Ah thank you!  I thought Louise Penny came up with that but it looks like she just adapted it.

~I don’t teach men except when I do~

Lori, you could literally do this with anything. You could teach men how to be loving husbands in the name of having them illustrate the love of God to women through their actions. That would be teaching women in the way you just described. However you don’t. You’re only saying this because it has to do with teaching men to force women to be doormats.

I hate Lori. I don't live to serve but I serve a lot and have a very giving spirit. Did that stop my husband and I from drifting apart and him telling me half-truths and little stupid lies for nearly 20 years (of marriage, 22 together)? Nope. And by stupid lies, I mean lying about having a drink with a friend after work or telling me he won $50 on the golf course but he spent $75, shit like that- death of a thousand cuts. Even though I was giving and serving our family, we both weren't happy...hmm its almost like one 1 thing isn't enough to keep marriages together... Lori will never get it. I wish her internet connection would get disconnected.

I'm on enough kink sites (I write naughty romance novels - it is research!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!)  to know that lovely Lori was sitting there masturbating while she was writing about beating children today.  You could just feel her glee and pleasure in beating a child to tears!  Don't be bothered by their tears, foolish women, just keep beating!   She always carried a paddle in her purse, she has said, and dreams of paddling women on the beach.  Spanking is a kink that a lot of adults enjoy, and between two consenting adults - go for it.  Her kink goes deep and she dreams of causing harm to small children because Jesus, and she does it with such pleasure it skeeves me out.    Well, she skeeves me out. So there is that.   And her humpers who drool 'yes, we beat our kids and are proud of it!'  Shudder.

Wait a minute. I'm ambivalent on whether she's fully into BDSM. I don't care enough. But, this implies that she's into pedophilia on top of the possibility of sadistic tendencies

Is that really what you're saying?

I think she likes power. Maybe she likes it enough that in the right alt universe she should be appropriately manifesting her kink on adults. And maybe even women.

Still, I'm not sure I can make the leap to say that the idea of beating on kids is making her aroused. That's a big leap. Those ideas can be connected back in the neural pathways of the brain.. But it's not the same. It isn't.

Nope - I'm saying she gets off on hurting small people and large people.   I truly think so. I could be wrong - half the time I think she is asexual, and the other times I thinks she is into pain and making people miserable.   Husband rapes you, get over it.   Sometimes a woman needs pushed against the wall.  Pain is a GREAT teacher.  She gets off on the pain of others in everything I've read that she herself has written.   I think it is the only thing that excites her other than going viral.

You can just tell her blog attracts the most extremist people who are looking for confirmation what they are doing is ok. The people commenting on her spanking blog have gotten their kids taken by CPS/ teachers reporting to CPS. I guarantee a kid who only in extreme situations gets swatted on the butt isn't telling their teacher or coming to school in physical discomfert -- these kids are being abused under the guise of "spanking."

I'm also confused how a mother crying and missing her baby and having to go back to work = proof mothers are supposed to be with their babies, but mothers who feel sad about having to hit their babies =/= proof mother's shouldn't beat them with a rod?

I could have absolutely sworn it was on FB, but now it's gone.  Seems like I even remember seeing Cam (of Cam&Beccy) comment.  Did anyone else see it, or am I losing my mind?

I am betting it was reported and removed by FB.

It was definitely on FB, because I saw it and I haven't been to the blog in a day or two, so I know I didn't see it there. And I saw Cam's comment, too. She's gotten worse, her comments have begun to descend into a new level of fanaticism lately.  :pb_confused:
