I figured it might take until tomorrow.  There is a mountain of pages of evidence they may go through (think 100 page report by defense expert).  The jury trials I have been on have mostly gone to second day especially if there are people who want to review everything, its also normal for them go back into the courtroom to ask the judge clarifying questions regarding their deliberation.  If they is a juror uncertain or what may be leading to a hung jury the judge will also have them go back to deliberate some more.  I don't see them coming to a verdict today.  My guess is tomorrow before noon.

The expert’s reports likely didn’t get admitted into evidence. Any exhibits like diagrams to illustrate/explain their testimony would be admitted, but not the reports themselves.

If the Jury wants to have testimony read back that’ll take time & can lengthen deliberations. So far no one is reporting that they’ve had any questions or requested to have any testimony read back to them, though.

I've been doing edibles and oils that go under the tongue for my brain tumor.  I also have bipolar and it's never triggered a panic attack except when I've smoked it.  The sativa strain is the one that gets me the panic attack but indica works well.

Maybe I'll ask my psychiatrist for information when I next see her. My not daily panic attack drug is Xanax and I'm always nervous about taking it to regularly because of how addictive it can be.

I'm about to drive home and pick up groceries - so the verdict should come any minute now!

This - I'm going to hop in the shower so I figure it should come then.

Delivery?!  If you ever need a roommate...

I love my evil liberal state of California!

My kid has free community College and I can get all the pot and pot stuffs delivered!

If anyone does vape pens, Raw Garden live resin.  I did the research so you don't have to. Actually,  pot shop guys and a friend told me about it.  All the rest are terrible for you. I still only use it occasionally because stinky pretty buds are always safe 😊

They have a lot to consider. I was in an open and shut DUI trial that lasted hours in deliberation. I believe in this jury after reading through the evidence!

Same. I had to come back the next day, a not insubstantial drive, because one person thought the person might have been framed. 🙄

I reckon Anna Darling/CCMcandles,.  They've seemed slightly quicker today and they can update their own twitters.  The sun reporter has to send it to someone in the Sun to publish.

I've been keeping an eye on Mr. No Candles myself.

It's 3:30 in Arkansas, right? I'm getting so nervous this won't happen today. And if it's taking longer I'm worried what that means. Ughhhhh

speculation, but I also wonder even if they are all in agreement if they want to hold out a while for the optics....not looking like it was a rush to judgement without weighing the evidence carefully.  Like  the first OJ Simpson case -- a trial that lasted many, many, many months and they returned (a ridiculous verdict) in only 4 hours and took a lot of criticism for coming to a conclusion so quickly.   I do have to say (and I know the cases are no way related) if 12  people (all white but one) can come to the right conclusion in the recent Ahmaud Arbery trial in the deep south (no offense to my southern friends!) then I have hopes for this case.

I'm still on pins and needles, though. LET'S GO!!

I was in a purse snatching case where the guy was caught in his car with the purse and it took us until the next day.

I have to pick up my friend's kids in an hour and take them to a Santa drive-thru.  Then I have to rush back to work for a mandatory staff meeting.

My birthday's on the 24th.

I ate a lot of chocolate today, including but not limited to: Nanaimo bars, cocoa dusted truffles, and a peanut butter finger.

I ate a ton of mini candy canes yesterday and am trying to not repeat that today but I have to do something with this nervous energy.....  maybe it's a good day to finally try the edibles I bought a month ago when my sister was visiting from a non-legal state and wanted to go shopping at the dispensary 🤣🤣 (for the record I've actually never tried marijuana before but do indeed have a small pack of gummies that I'll get around to trying one of these days when I remember and don't have anything responsible I have to do that day).

Might I suggest eating a little when yoi don't have responsibilities the NEXT day. Edibles can... linger.

Does anybody know until what time a jury usually deliberate? Is there a set time?

When I was on the jury, they wouldn't let us leave until we reached a decision. Thankfully we reached a verdict at 9 p.m. and didn't have to continue on into the night.

I just hope that while we here are all kinds of antsy, Smuggar is hopefully breaking out in cold sweats of terror periodically.

And I picture the Boob as having to constantly rush to the loo to check if his dead rodent pelt is still in place, now that the world knows about it …

If it’s legal where you are I would definitely talk to your doctor about it. Also, again… from my ‘cool’ days… I never tried a new drug without a sober minder to be there with me the first time to see how it went. I think this is fairly good advice even for a new medication to make sure someone is around who can recognize if you’re having a bad side effect or a major issue in general and even in my wild days I was blessed with good people around me who did and suggested things like this.

One more funny story for those who partake, I was also gifted a joint… like good old fashioned smoke… but I went on my back porch and lit it and immediately felt like the entire neighborhood wondered what was going on… felt paranoid that the neighbors or my kids would smell something… I’m stuck with edibles or oil or something… I can’t tell the kids there’s a skunk living under the deck or they’ll go searching for it!

German FJ woman here. I will go to sleep because it is too late for me to wait for this. I have read here during the last days and I appreciate everyone of you who updated everything and explained so much. Especially for someone who has no idea about the american justice system I know a whole lot more now. I can say the same for IT and computer stuff. A huge Thank You to all of you.

UPDATE 3:23 p.m.: Shortly after 2:20 p.m. the jury asked to listen to the April 2021 interview of Duggar again. The interview was played for the jury in the courtroom. All three parts of the interview were conducted during the search warrant execution by Homeland Security Investigation agents at Wholesale Motorcars.

The jury also requested a calendar from May 2019 to the present. The request was denied by the judge due to the deliberation only being allowed over evidence submitted during the trial.

Doesn't this jury know we have shit to do and don't like to be kept waiting? :pb_lol:

Right? I’m currently making a baked Mac and cheese for a Christmas party tonight and I still have to get dressed and do hair and makeup. If they don’t hurry up, I’m going to be late and then look very rude while I stare at my phone all night refreshing!!
