way before 1925 When ever I think about the crazy Duggar rules I always remember Little house those happy Golden years. all those buggy rides Laura and Almonzo took alone and gasp they even kissed after he asked her to marry him.

I think it’s entirely possible JD and Abbie go on alone dates. Abbie seems to go to AR a lot and probably isn’t able to bring a chaperone all the time. Didn’t the Duggars say they often leave it up to the girl’s parents? If the Burnett’s aren’t huge on chaperones, I doubt JB would constantly force one on JD.

I remember reading Randy Wilson’s reaction to Josh’s crimes and transgressions when they came to light.  I wish I could remember where.  He expressed his disgust, and called josh a hypocrite, if I remember it accurately.  He worked there well before Josh did, and they have certainly at least met each other, even if only at the FRC Christmas party.

Would be nice but isn't JD the brother who wants to set a good (godly) example for the younger siblings? If he dated without a chaperone that might be seen as setting a poor example.

True, but they're also people. People who are raised in fundimentalist cultures still have premarital sex and break the rules. That's been going on since the dawn of time. It's human nature. Unless you're asexual, you'll be tempted at some point, and a lot of young people give in to those temptations. Just because they've been raised that way doesn't mean they won't do it. I don't want to compare JD to Josh (because ew), but Josh was raised not to look at porn or commit adultry, and look how that turned out. 

Now do I think they are? Eh, probably not. But I don't think we should act like it's impossible.

just look at Suze Keller there is one Fundie Maiden that has an out of wedlock baby. and not only did she have an out of wedlock baby she didn't even marry the daddy.  shows how siblings raised by the same beliefs really can be  such opposites I mean look at who her sisters are with Anna and Cil plus Esther some very heavy kool-aid drinkers there.

My parents only attended church for christenings, marriages and funerals. They weren't perfect but they weren't hypocrites either. That's a better virtue than J-B, Mr Keller or DRod, Gil Bates etc have.

I read somewhere that one of the reason people chose spouses that look like themselves or like their family members is because we humans like to recognize faces.  We are most comfortable with our own (when looking in the mirror) or our siblings (in JD case maybe his twins) facial features.  This makes it easier to fall for someone that looks like us because our brain goes, yeah I know that shape, that shape means home.  I always think of this when I see pictures of the Pecans, and now kinda this couple.   Maybe that will make it less creepy for the people that see Janna in Abby, which I don’t agree with particularly.

According to KUFWtumblr page, Jabbie are engaged i think is happen 3 days ago but i have a bad connection and can't check at the moment.

the photos are very cute, in one they are sit in a giant red heart made of flowers and in another it seems that they just get down from the airplane or seams to be at an airport.
