I woke up at stupid o'clock to get half day worth of work done, so I could not work between 8-12.  I knew I would be useless at work.

I just looked that up, because I had the same question. WhatI found (IANAL) is that it depends. If the parties are in agreement or there was a plea, then it might take 5 minutes. If they're not, and it doesn't seem they are in this case, then the judge will hear from both sides and from Josh himself (if he wants to speak) before deciding. So...could be longer.
