100 bucks says as soon as Anna pops another one out we see the two of them making the conference circuit talking about marriages and forgiveness. Or maybe they'll team up with Audrey and Jeremy Roloff and counsel married couples. Cause really , who else should you take marriage advice from other than young reality stars ?

@Mela99 as much as I hate it, I think you're right. I really think it's only a matter of time before Josh makes his triumphant return and we get to listen to his tale of redemption. There's nothing more valuable to these people than having a dramatic testimony, and I fully expect them to milk it for all it's worth. I think Josh is back to selling used cars - no way he's going to be content with that for long. He's arrogant and ambitious. He's going to brand his story of sin, fall, and redemption and sell, sell, sell. I don't know if TLC will take him back, but he (and Anna) will probably have a lot of success maybe writing a book, giving interviews, and doing speaking gigs at mega churches. He had his time-out, now he's going to start spinning his bullshit into gold.

Because of this cult, Josh will be given a pat on the back and it will be told how Josh fell but look at how he redeemed himself. It will be pure bullshit and fuckary and they lap it up!

I doubt Anna will ever divorce unless she knows she'll walk away with $$. She's not stupid - once the Duggar gravy train is over, she'd be an uneducated single mother of four kids with no job skills. How will she live? I'm sure after living in DC she doesn't want to raise her kids in a trailer like she grew up in, or in a pop up camper Iike poor Esther did before she was forced to move to Zambia. 

I think Anna is smarter than we give her credit for. I think she's biding her time.

If it were just Joshley Madison shenanigans I think he could do a redemption tour, maybe not on TeeVee, but with the molestation scandal, I vote no, he is gone forevah.

@Mela99 @singsingsing I agree. I also think Josh will ultimately undue any progress with another scandal. Maybe not Ashley Madison size or type, but underneath it all Josh is still smug and thinks he is invincible and entitled and that is a very bad combo on an ignorant fool.

I 100% think that, sooner or later, another "scandal" will come out related to Joshley. He is a smug class-A  (for a-hole).

Some said he will leave the Duggarborg sooner or later. Anything is possible. but I think he is too lazy to just come out and say "forget this, I am out of the cult" because if he did that, the DimBulb/TLC gravy train would stop and he'd actually have to (gasp!) do actual work. 

I think Anna is not stupid, maybe brainwashed, but not dumb (unlike some of her SILs). She must see how her living conditions and options (albeit within the cult) have considerably improved from the Keller trailer, to Duggarborg, to DC. Granted she is back in Duggarborg, but if the alternative is going back to trailer living as a single, uneducated mother of 4, shunned by all those she knows, and having to adjust to a completely different life, then I could see how she might be looking at her current options and deciding to stay put for the time being. I would love to see her give the whole Duggar  and Keller lots the boot, but I can see how it could be daunting in her mind.

If Josh did an interview if any type I think it would HUGE (DJT voice) ratings. I think they showing so little Anna + kids now so that people will forget about them and then they will do an interview to try to win back public acceptance before they start slowly reintroducing him on the show.

ETA: you have to think, the advertisers already backed out because of him, the viewers that are watching now are mostly die-hard fans who will watch and support any thing Duggars do.

The "cult" maybe accept a redemption-themed Josh story, but the general public will go wild because of the molestation. Joshely Madison, no. Molesting children will not fly for general consumption. Poor Anna. I do feel for her.

I can't blame Anna for being scared of the unknown. It is hard to leave the only thing you know. As much as her situation is toxic, I can't blame her for staying.

The whole world loves a good redemption story. Truthfully no one loves it more than fundies who can give a testimony of their return to God's good graces. The scumbag that Tabitha Paine is marring, Tim Robertson, is a convicted rapist. He raped his roommate anally and is now marrying fundie royalty. There is now way Josh won't be on the fundie conference circuit with in a matter of months talking about his come to Jesus moment and how fake rehab helped him through. He's just biding his time. Anna knows whats coming because we can all agree she's not dumb so I can only assume she good with it. I doubt however that they'll be on TLC anytime soon. While the fundies may forgive advertisers won't.

I don't think TLC is going to have him back. That would be too much, the general public isn't going to forget the molestation scandal this soon.

TLC isn't doing well with their shows so bringing back the whole duggar family probably wouldn't hurt them. Espexially considering people love drama and smuggar would bring on the drama and allow more opportunities to showcase the "freakshow family" like they used to.

I don't think their has been. I didn't even see him in the Jinger wedding special. They probably placed the cameras away from where he was sitting.
