Also, I don't think being either transsexual or a transvestite (two very different things btw) is 'bad' or something we should really be concerned about. The way you've phrased this makes it appear as if you believe transgender people or transvestites are bad/odd. That's just not nice or fair.

If you're going to characterise Josh, a turd is a much fairer comparison and it doesn't promote further stigma being attached to an innocent group of people that, by the by, probably can't stand this guy and get twice as much crap on a daily basis for being who they are than Josh does for being him.

I have this awful picture in my mind of Anna sitting at a wooden table, a bare lightbulb hanging above her (think old movie interrogation rooms) with JB standing over her pounding on the table, veins bulging, yelling "You WILL sign this!"

Is poor Anna even equipped to make a rational choice? Her upbringing would indicate otherwise & the pressure she must be under to comply must be immense. This is a woman who is truly being abused emotionally & psychologically & it's all out there for the rest of the world to watch. This is pretty horrific.

What's sad here is that, for most women I think, this would be the proverbial last straw, wouldn't it? We would be able to decide for ourselves if we wanted to leave a husband such as Josh and, likely, many of us would. Does Anna have this freedom? Can she just pack up the kids and go? I don't know if she wants to or not, but, either way, I hope it is HER decision. She must be in absolute turmoil. It's quite a fucked up mess he's made. Simply cannot imagine the conversations taking place within that family right now.

It is her decision, whether she thinks so or not. She may chose to give her agency to the men in her life for her own religious, brainwashed, whatever reasons - but she has the right to leave him, she has the freedom to do what she needs to do for those babies.

She also needs to know that giving up her rights voluntarily doesn't absolve her of her moral obligations to act in her children's best interests, whatever they may be, even if they conflict with her belief system.

My heart just breaks for Anna and the Mkids. She doesn't deserve this. I wonder if she knows what an STD is. It is once again playing out in front of the whole world.

I wonder if Josh has any true friends that can guide and help him? He needs it. I hope at this point he can be unselfish and think of his wife and kids and not go sink into a pity party. He ruined his own life but wow looking at what he brought upon so many people and the legacy he leaves his kids. It's so awful. He doesn't have the intelligence to get past this the way Clinton did.

Anna has some tough decisions ahead of her, I truly hope she has someone in her life who doesn't have an agenda that can guide her. Whether she stays with him or goes, I wouldn't judge it for her. She wouldn't be the first one to stay with a cheater.

The Duggars really need to put a filter on the advertisements on their websites. The ad showing for me on their website says "#1 Reason Men Pull Away - The Biggest Mistake Women Make That Kill's A Man's Attraction - Learn More" And there is a picture of a sad woman. It just seems sad and inappropriate considering the circumstances.

(I know the ads are supposed to be based on browsing history. I might be getting this ad due to searches I have done the past few days to find out more info about Ashley Madison. But it seems like they should be able to filter which ads show up or take the ads down.)

Really? I thought I knew the Bible pretty well, and while that's sometimes the case, it doesn't seem to be the case all the time. Jacob married Leah and Rachel. Rachel was barren (for a while), but since she was the second wife, there is no way that could have been known. And I know David had several wives. I believe several of them had children. Solomon had a bunch of wives, and I can't imagine that all but one were infertile. I could totally be wrong, but from what I know/remember, there are plenty of Biblical men who don't follow that rule.
