I don't like how he ignores the fact that he PAID for these sexual encounters on a website. He makes it seem like all he did was watch porn, but the reality is worse than that. But all in all, I am surprised that his opening line is, "I am a hypocrite"

Except that it isn't. It's "I have been a hypocrite."

I wanted to comment about the other dating site, and the believing that another person is obligated to have sex, but it went by in the flow of reading. So, just briefly, wanted to say that I dated a guy with that attitude. Once. Thankfully I managed (barely) to avoid date rape. Jerk. Even though we were in the same class at University, I changed my seat and never spoke to him again.

Maybe that "obligated" question is to winnow out some of the garbage from the other potential dates. (Can a dating site be sued for setting up a rapist with a victim?)

Good grief...in response (obviously) to the Ashley Madison Gawker claim, Josh responds and does not deny anything but admits to being "unfaithful" to his wife. How many more details do you need before he "owns it"? What position he did it in and his favorite safe word?

It might lack the details the gossip forums are dying for, but the message certainly reads as a confirmation that he was unfaithful.

Now he is, but originally he worded it in a way where he could later say that he never physically cheated on his wife he was just talking about porn. Bill Gothard has done the exact same thing.

There has been more than one revision to this statement. The People version does not mention Satan, but still talks about porn and his past mistakes at 14-15 years old. The newer version removes the talk about porn and past mistakes. And it appears that the original version, on The Frisky, has the mention of Satan, porn, and past mistakes.

I remember this clearly because someone on FJ had mentioned him blaming Satan, but I didn't see it anywhere. I thought it was a fluke and they'd just mentioned it anyway. Yeah, People still has the pornography reference.

This statement feels just as phony as the one he gave when the world found out he was a child molester. He's trying to deflect here. Viewing pornography does not cause you to cheat on your spouse. Give you unrealistic ideas about sex? Maybe. But it doesn't cause you to cheat. Porn's for you to beat off too. And plenty of people view it without infidelity.

I do like how JB seems to have been blind sided by this. I like it when things through that bastard off.
