IMMUNIZATION HEARING

There will be a hearing on the matter of immunization on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at 8:30 a.m.

This is about all I know now. When I know more details, I will share them. Pray!

Bro Hal

I'm confused. I thought they had filled out the exemption forms and everything was hunky dory for not getting the kids vaccinated. I'm sure I just read that in the comments somewhere.

There's one commentator who keeps suggesting that they should just kick the older kids out if they don't want to live by the parents' rules. Apparently, she did so with her son, who went and lived with friends, turned out just fine, joined the military and now appreciates that his parents were right. Gag me. I wonder if he joined the military because he was left with very limited choices, rather than out of genuine desire to serve.

What a bitch. So just because your child isn't a robot you kick him out? Some people shouldn't have kids.

The combined IQ of the commenters adds up to maybe 63. That is one pathetic bunch.

I read the comments for entertainment when I'm bored. Then I feel guilty for wasting time mocking people who seem genuinely afraid that the evil, socialist government wants to persecute good Christian folk.

Somebody on the Go Fund Me site thought the cause was bogus because of all the spelling and grammar mistakes.

hotspringsdaily.com/2015/04/4880/ - The "missing" affidavit is found.

You know how some types go on and on about liberal bias in the media? Yeah, THIS is an example of bias so blatant it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. the number of time he uses words like "alleged" or "according to" or "reports of" is stunning.

Along with stiff further misunderstanding of how the law actually works.

That bias is so blatant that it reads more like an op-ed piece than a news article. It actually sounds sort of like tabloid gossip. This "newspaper" (sarcastic quote marks) must not have a copy editor since the writer couldn't be consistent in the use of apostrophes - sometimes it's Stanleys and sometimes it's Stanley's. It's fine to use lazy grammar in casual writing (I do it lots) but not in formal writing.

^^^ well that reporter is certainly trying to make a name for himself. that was very....dramatic. the most interesting part though- he states Ma Stanley was pregnant in January.

also, he goes on and on about how this secret missing affidavidt proves they intended to take the children the whole time --but all i saw was that thy were investigating for child abuse/ neglect/ endangerment. that seems like it was abundently clear due to CPS being there investigating.

Here is a portion of the affidavit for the search warrant. post-9835-14452000078828_thumb.jpg

As many of us said, the search warrant was about more than "just" MMS for the hydroponics (or whatever lie Hall has been telling). It is very interesting one of the adult children not living at home helped make a report and they were able to get a sample of the MMS from a child living in the home.

I am not surprised at the last paragraph were they suspect malnourishment, inadequate healthcare and insufficient home-schooling.

I wonder how the support people will react when reading the truth in black and white. I am sure they will still be delusional, but I bet a few that are a little removed from the family, will start questioning how "good" these parents really are.

So, is Mrs. Stanley pregnant? I don't know if I've missed that point this whole time or if this article is garbage.

About the malnutrition charge, I've always thought the children appear healthy and well-nourished.

This whole thing is so weird.

I agree I think the kids appear fairly healthy. IMO, besides in extreme cases of malnourishment, I don't think we can see malnourishment. I would assume the older kids, who talked to the police, gave them a run down of what they typically eat and the fact they have never been to the doctor. I bet that is why it was issued on both malnourishment & inadequate healthcare - get the kids checked out to make sure.

I wonder if there is a test (like hair, blood or urine drug test) to see if they have exposure or ingestion of MMS.

edit to add- I guess I missed that Mrs. Stanley is pregnant also.

Pregnant? Dear lord, what timing.

Anyway, the ruling is in:

In the hearing this morning the judge ruled that there would be no forced

vaccinations. However, he did rule that the three older kids did have to stay in public school, and that our family had to have a psychologist in our home 20 hours a week to promote harmony in the family. This will be for from 6 to 12 weeks.

Bro Hal

The nightmare is coming towards an end.

"Bro" Hal's VERY creepy response:

No Cass, don't count on it. Keep watching.

I am honestly afraid for those children. The "keep watching" bit almost makes it sound like he's planning something.....

Hal sounds like an opportunity to show them how loving your family is and let your light shine and show them who yall really are and not who the media and CPS tried to make you out to be

Personally, I formed my views of Hal based on the audio tapes he released of his morning "sermons". He didn't sound loving to me---he sounded scary, and I can't fathom a child living in that home and not being absolutely terrified of him.

That is very creepy- made me shudder.

These kids do not seem safe with Brother Hal's responses to everyone.

Promote family harmony??? Wasn't there plenty of harmony until THEY came in? I love how they wreck peoples lives then force us to jump thru hoops

Um, I thought the claim of the parents was that a dis-satisfied teen was the author of all the chaos. How is that "plenty of harmony"?

I just find this family AND their supporters to be more and more creepy every time they say anything.

Wonder who made the original accusation? The search warrant affidavit is pretty detailed.

My bet is the elder son* - the one who also made a statement to the press. I think his name was Christopher. He was careful and measured in his statement. Paraphrase: I love my parents but they really need to learn some things about parenting. The Stanleys said he was unreliable because he was an atheist and the leghumpers trashed him soundly.

It looks like the Stanleys are being monitored carefully if there is someone supervising in their home 20 hours a week. I hope the supervision continues. I think Hal is using the term "psychologist" to ramp up feelings in his followers. Psychologists are ebil.

"Keep watching" may just mean Hal is planning a lawsuit against the state. I doubt he'll have much luck with that. He cares more about the attention than his children, IMO.

* Michelle's eldest son not one of the children from Hal's previous marriage.

The leghumpers keep harping about how MMS is legal to buy and have. Um, so is rat poison, but people generally object to you giving that to your kids. :angry-banghead:

Any comments unflattering to the Stanley parents are quickly deleted from the Standing with the Stanleys Facebook page. Yesterday , a lady (I think her name is Caroline) wrote that she's not 100% standing with them anymore because she was concerned about what the affidavit revealed about the use of MMS in the home. She said she originally supported the Stanleys because she feels people should have the freedom to parent as they see fit, but possibly poisoning the children is unacceptable. The crowd jumped on her and defended MMS as a water purifier. Today the exchange is gone. Also gone is the post saying the 19 year old son may have been the one to file the complaint.

On Hal's page, a woman is posting to offer her services instead of the court appointed psychologist. She lives is the Kansas City, MO area and would require traveling expenses, salary, benefits, room/board, and other expenses. She says Arkansas has worked with her before 30 something years ago. I have no knowledge of how social services works in Arkansas, but I'm willing to bet there is a system in place to provide the support needed, and they don't need to accept services from random strangers from the internet.

On the first part, yes. I'm not surprised they are deleting comments. I'm glad Caroline has seen the light.

On the second part: Oh, my. That Claire. She is cuckoo for coco-puffs with her self promotion. She's put her phone # there and everything. The Stanleys could ask that supervision be performed by someone they prefer, but that person would still have to be approved by the court/CPS. Certainly the state has a list of approved providers but I doubt this woman is on it. Or can get on it!

I guess Magellan really got tired of the dissenting comments. Too bad, because I liked that he was willing to allow a healthy exchange of ideas. I understand that there are others who are being a little too harsh. He did even go so far as to tell people to stop sending hate mail to the people who don't agree with the Stanley's (the post about being the salt of the world, being good Christians... that was in response to a message I sent him about people who don't agree or are on the fence receiving hate mail)

Maybe its a double move? He deletes the dissenting comments so he doesn't have to sit there and moderate everyones behavior, including his fellow Christians who are sending hate mail.

You'll all be happy to know that the Stanleys are "launching a ministry".

He is no longer Bro. Stanley. You may now refer to his as "Pastor" Stanley

https://www.facebook.com/christianfreed ... nref=story

A New Ministry for the Christian Family.

Below is a basic outline of a new ministry which I believe has been birthed out of our present trial. The authorities here in Arkansas took our seven children on January 12th and we still do not have custody over them. In taking the children we feel that our basic christian rights have been taken away from us as a family.

Specifically the right to:

Family Worship (church)

Family Schooling

Family Health

Family Birth

Family Business

We purpose to demonstrate that God's Word gives us the right and the responsibility of these five freedoms in the Family. We must not let the government or any other social institution take our freedoms away. For the Stanleys without our children (as of 4/16/2015 the children are in DHS custody) we cannot have Family worship, Family schooling, Family health, Family birth(well maybe!) or a Family business. All we do with our children is only with DHS approval. We have lost the above freedoms, and if they took these freedoms from me, they can take them from you.

Come join me in this ministry. Help me restore my rights and protect yours.

Christian Freedom For The Family

Inner Christian Freedom cannot be stopped, but by death, which for the christian brings ultimate eternal freedom in Christ.

Outer Christian Freedom is the ability to express ones relationship with Christ freely under His sovereign Lordship.

The family is the theme of the Bible narrative. The great scheme of God in salvation by sovereign grace is in the narrative of the family from Adam's family to God's family. God purposefully chooses the Name of “God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.†The Father-Son relationship is thus the great vessel to contain the eternal salvation of God's children.

The family is the heart of the expression of the freedom of the family. Paul says, Gal 5:1 "Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." The ESV says: 'For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.' Christ set us free so we can live free. We are not free to live as in anarchy, but free to obey our Lord Jesus Christ. Christ ever says, "If you love me, keep my commandments', John 14:15. No power in heaven, earth or hell is permitted to keep us from the freedom of obedience to Christ. Thus, without freedom in the family, there is no real outer freedom for the christian. When the christian family is destroyed by the laws of the land or by sin and Satan, there is no foundation for real freedom.

FREEDOMS IN THE FAMILY

I. Freedom to Worship

1. From the conscience. For the christian, the Bible is the sovereign eternal standard for the conscience.

2. Christ as the all in all of worship. The message of the Bible can be summed up by God, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.", Mat 3:17 . Heaven is pleased with Christ, and so are all true believers.

3. In a family church. Act_5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ." It seems that few Christians today realize that for centuries there were no church buildings. The temple was destroyed shortly after Christ's Ascension. Family churches were normal.

II. Freedom to care for the Family

1. To decide what is best for the family, from the view point of Christ, in every matter of life.

2. To decide food, atmosphere, clothing, social relationships according to the specific convictions hammered out of the Holy Scriptures.

3. To decide how to bring children into the world, or the birthing process. The birth of a baby is not a medical emergency in which an expectant mother is rushed to a hospital, given a sedative or pain killer and through much fear and pain a child is born. Most babies who have ever been born, were born at family. Family birth is a most beautiful, peaceful, loving, gently experience in which the first thing the new born does is nurse in the warm and loving arms of its mother, not being rushed off to a nursery with glaring lights and strangers rushing around.

4. To decide the proper schooling for the child. The Bible taught parent has the responsibility to train up the child in the way he should go. No social institution or government has that right from God's perspective. Family schooling is the closest thing to the Bible standard. If it seems impossible to certain parents or situations, it is possible through faith.

5. To decide the proper financial structure for life. God gives the ability to get and use wealth. Prayer is real, and the atmosphere of the true christian Family is one of miracles. Prayer is not simply a religious form, it is the calling on God to do a miracle. Any answer to any true prayer is a miracle. The just are to live by faith and to pray without ceasing.

6. To decide what is proper health care. Pro_17:22 “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. “ 3Jn_1:2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.†Mrk 16:18, “they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recoverâ€. Joy, holiness and the miraculous have always worked and will always work in our Lord Jesus Christ. Unbelievers cannot receive this, but it is bread and butter for the Bible believer! It has worked for centuries and still works today. Also, our wonderful Creator God has put so many wonderful things in our world to create and maintain health. Most of these things are natural and there is not an easy way for men to make a lot of money on them. They cannot be patented. Parents should be allowed to decide what is good for the health of their family and children, not society or the government.

In summary, the Bible says, Eph 6:1-3 "Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth." Also, God fortifies the christian family with the fifth commandment, Exo 20:12 "Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee." The parents, not the government or social agencies, have the only God given authority in the family.

In our great country where we have been the example of christian freedom in the world we have changed. We have given up our Bible given rights to an increasingly over reaching government, and apostate pulpits. Every genuine lover of Jesus and His precious Word, must ever be on a mission to walk in the freedom where with Christ has made us free.

We propose a ministry which builds, fortifies and promotes the freedom of the christian family in family worship, family schooling, family birthing, family business, and other aspects of life. Our aim will be to instruct and inspire from the Bible and the real life experiences of the saints.

Wait. He can't worship with his kids that are home or on the weekends when all are home? That doesn't make sense.

Everyone has the right to do those things.

Unless it involves viciously beating your children and pumping poison through the air vents.

I just can't leave this alone tonight.

Why is Hal soliciting donations for this ministry? I assume it will be an on-line ministry since his main point is that everyone should stay home.

Home birth, home school, home church, home business, etc. Home, home, home. There is no need for a building or supplies.

The only thing I can think of is that he wants to get a salary for being pastor. This could be his home business AND his home church. How efficient and clever of him!

I need to stop obsessing. Lip Sync Battle is on, and that's a far better use of my evening.

Wrong. Lots of medications have natural sources.
