Could be both. The main photographer tagged her as part of the photo crew but they ha da lot of family and friends helping. The main photographer is a friend, Josie and Katie did the hair and makeup, Jeremiah Duggar flew the plane, etc.

He did list her she was the backup photographer

Rehoboth Beach is a nice beach area I used to frequent when attending the University of Delaware back in the 90s. It doesn't need to be invaded by the Bates Fundie Clan.

President Biden has a vacation home there. It’s a summer resort town popular with the gay community. Kind of an odd place for a Bates to be at all, much less in late October.
