Several posters have once again tried to ignore information that RFhmmm very clearly explained.

You're kidding, right?

So RFhmmm posts a wall of text and we're supposed to just simply take it at face value?  RFHmmm's post was supposed to explain everything and we just walk away?  We are not members of your cult.  We don't blindly swallow what your leadership says.

Then you have the audacity to say "we ignored" the information he posted?  What, because we don't accept it as truth?  You guys come here to state whatever perception you want to sell, literally hurl VERY personal insults to various people who have lost family to RF and then walk away?

If fact,  @RFhmmm appended his post by saying:

Quote

The purpose is not  to engage with those who are members of the site. I know that would be futile. So I will not be responding to questions or further  accusations or attacks.

No, we're not "ignoring information" as you say.  The only ones ignoring things are you guys ignoring questions.

You guys do realize you'd get destroyed in an honest debate of facts on a forum that isn't controlled by RF, right?

Instead of picking one post to quote in regards to cult links we will address it in general. For those trying to weed through all of the stuff on the Internet, the new bathroom wall, you will notice that pretty much every article is either well over a decade old or somebody rehashing an article that was over a decade old.  Then you have forums like this where people regurgitate accusations and articles that are over a decade old. There is no new information out there, as RFhmmm stated, other than The occasional person who leaves the church disgruntled. Which happens in every church and organization of any kind. The reason is because those who call themselves “experts or just those who bought into it and operated out of fear made a lot of accusations about the danger and what would happen to people if they joined the Remnant cult. As time has passed, time has proven that none of it was true and none of those bad things ever happened to those who joined.  We know that people who are only on here because they want to investigate what everybody is saying but truly want to find out the truth about Remnant Will take this information and probably visit. Your personal experience will ultimately tell you what the truth was.

I'm only going to say this once before we start closeting people: WE DO NOT CONNECT FJ MEMBERS TO THEIR REAL LIFE IDENTITIES. EVER. It is a violation of our doxxing rules and we will not tolerate it. Argue all you want, but you keep real life identities, real life private info OUT. We are deadly serious about this.

I have a question maybe the current RF's can answer. What about Mark 10:12 and Romans 7:2-3? This is what they say:

And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.

For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law that binds her to him. So then, if she has sexual relations with another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress if she marries another man.

How do you reconcile that the prophetess is also an adulteress? Or did you all have to redact those verses from your Bibles with a thick black Sharpie?

Before we continue let’s point out how many times different members like sajetime have attempted to identify RFhmmm by printing who they think it is and certainly at the very least attempted to hint at their identity.

We've tried to find & edit out all such instances. If you know of any we missed, please feel free to tell us, send links, etc.

We are curious as to why the Christians on here think they have an ally in all the atheists on here. You do realize that you are far outnumbered and this is primarily a non-believing group of people. They think anybody who believes in a God or goes to a church Or is associated with organized religion of any kind is brainwashed and a cult follower. For any non-Trinitarian on here, you do realize that all of mainstream Christianity considers you a cult also, right

Cite your sources. We actually have plenty of Christians here, and the moderation and admin staff is predominately Christian.

I was going to suggest we get the Roomba out, but we might have to bring in a steam cleaner instead....

Nice deflection.

Now about that divorce...

Thank you. It was not allowing us to post for a short period of time. We sincerely appreciate you allowing an opposing opinion to be heard

We don't moderate for opposing viewpoints, nor have you been moderated in any way. If you break a rule, your posts might be moderated while they are checked for further rules violations before being made public. It's quite simple: don't break our rules, and you are allowed to post freely.

SJWaterford posted these. Not necessarily concerned about everything being taken down or anybody being censored. Just showing why there was probably some confusion about what could or could not be posted based on what other people were posting.  Not going to go look for them but FJ members also posted pictures of Hannah Collins and her family from her Facebook page. These were not from a church or Weigh down public website.  By the way, Hannah‘s dad was there, walked her down the aisle and gave her away for those who were claiming something different several posts back.

My sincere apologies for violating the terms of this forum.

Despite the fact that I've otherwise been a fairly decent member of this community, I was warned that my content must now be approved by a moderator.

I'm going to make it easy on them, and I'm going to stop posting indefinitely. This is not a flounce. This is timely surrender; this discussion was distracting me from other things in my life that need attention.

I encourage anyone looking for answers about RF/WD to use their discernment.

Best wishes!

Please provide some links. The screenshots do not indicate what thread(s) these posts are in.

Thanks.

If Hannah posted them publicly on FB, then it is allowed.

Do you need a tutorial on reporting posts? Because our fabulous @HerNameIsBuffy did one up to help us all out.

Like @hoipolloi said, screenshots aren't helpful without links.

What @JermajestyDuggar said. If a person's FB page has posts set to "public," that post (including photos) ARE public. Certainly anyone else on FB can see them and often the whole world can see them.

While FB makes privacy settings difficult to monitor, it can be done. If you're worried about items from various RF members' FB pages appearing here, help them to change their settings to "private" or "friends."

I am absolutely floored by the level of crazy brought by @RFhmmm and @InAllFairness. The overwhelming need to discredit and deflect is quickly solidifying their cult status in a way that no Remnant survivor could. If the madness that they voluntarily brought here is this bad, imagine what it must be like to deal with this group face to face. For all the posturing being done, they have literally brought nothing to the table beyond their own need to do damage control.
