My little bit of advice. Get your mortgage from a bank/credit union/etc that holds their mortgages (Believe it or not local financial institutions often have very competitive rates). A lot of companies that originate mortgages immediately sell them. The big banks often buy those mortgages and bbs are a pain in the ass.  And if you even start to maybe think about financing with Bank of America just borrow a gun and shoot yourself now. It will save you going on a murderous rampage in the next couple of years as they continuously  fuck you like a porn star.

How does one figure out if a particular place holds their mortgages? Do you just have to ask each individual place?

Ask up front. Most institutions that hold on to their mortgages will tell you before you even ask and it will probably be on their website. It is in the lender's best interest to advertise this fact as anyone who has had their mortgage sold once will be looking not to have that happen again.

She does look great! Wonder when she started getting interested in pants and how long did it take to find the perfect fit. I wear a size 6 in Belk's but in Old Navy or Target I have to go up to 8. Must of been a LONG day in the dressing room trying on different types of pants.

I get the impression that Jinger is working hard to keep up with Jeremy's obvious fashion sense, so they can 'look' the part. Dressed the way we've seen her recently, Jinger looks totally approachable and normal, which I would think is necessary for a pastor's wife. Whatever the reason she looks amazing and I think SHE should have done that speaking engagement on being modern and modest instead of Jessa!
