Hair loss tends to come from the mothers side of the family. My Dad is still rocking the teddy boy look (bit thinner though) but my brothers both wear hats in the summer to stop the tops of their heads getting sunburnt :my_biggrin:

And then you've got the weird anomalies with hair loss, like with my husband's side of the family. His father and all 4 of his brothers all lost their hair. My husband, on the other hand, not only has all of his hair, but it has yet to turn grey even though he's well into his 50s.

It'll be interesting to see whether any of the Duggar boys escape early hair loss.  It's not looking good so far.  I still suspect it's aggravated by all the gluey crap they dump in and comb through their hair.

My dad is 71 and has a full head of hair. My brother is 45 and has no hair.

Mum is losing her hair due to a blood disease.

Darn those genetics and getting passed through your mother when it comes to hair (i.e. the male Duggar hairline)...

According  a new People article, Josh is leaving RU "any day"

Bah!! :tw_unamused:

I'll believe it when I see actual pics of him in Walmart or getting a McDonald's or even passing through an airport. Until then, I prefer to imagine him safely ensconced in the land of "My name is Joshly and I am a hornaholic..."

(Ps to the mods: We need an emoji for an enormous pulsating erection :my_biggrin:)

I wonder if FJ was "the source"

No.  That was from the video and the woman giving the information was an editor at People magazine.  They talk to the family directly.

This reminds me of a joke (told in church, back when I was God Squad) which illustrates the point that you don't just ignore earthly help because Jesus will save you:

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, "Jump in, I can save you."The stranded fellow shouted back, "No, it's OK, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me."

So the rowboat went on.

Then a motorboat came by. "The fellow in the motorboat shouted, "Jump in, I can save you."To this the stranded man said, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."

So the motorboat went on.

Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, "Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety."To this the stranded man again replied, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."

So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.

Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, "I had faith in you but you didn't save me, you let me drown. I don't understand why!"

To this God replied, "I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?"

Growing up, one of the priests at the church I went to used to tell one along the lines of, "once upon a time, there was a good man who did everything the right way. He was kind to everyone he met, gave to charity, volunteered with his church, and always had time for someone in need. Everyone who knew him said he was the best person they'd ever met, but he still always seemed like something was wrong. One day, he was praying in the church, and the priest asked him why he was crying. 'Oh, father," the man said, tears running down his face. 'I've tried to be the best I can be, and do all I can to make God happy, but He still won't answer the one thing I've ever asked of Him.' The priest, full of sympathy and concern, asks what that could be, and the man says, "to win the lottery." The priest, not quite knowing how to respond, tells him he's sure God has a plan, good things come to those who wait, and anything else he can think of until suddenly, a great and booming voice thunders down from the sky - "you have to buy a ticket, first!"

According to the Daily Mail (not sure if it's reliable), Joshly has been paroled!

"Josh Duggar has reportedly left the Christian rehab facility where he has spent the last six months receiving treatment for his sex and porn addiction.

According to Entertainment Tonight a source close to the disgraced reality star, 28, said that he has been 'out for a few days', although it is not currently known whether he has returned home to be with his wife Anna and their kids in Arkansas, or whether he is staying elsewhere following his exit from the Illinois-based facility."

Yep, I just saw this too. I give People the edge on Duggar reporting accuracy, but it does seem likely he's out or on his way out.

I noticed that one picture was captioned with Ben saying that wives don't like it when husbands say they're "babysitting." One or both of them must be Googling themselves (contrary to what they've said), because I doubt that Jessa would even know why the "dads babysit" notion is problematic based on her own upbringing.

I'm sure he got it from all the backlash Derrick received when he posted a photo last year with a caption stating that he was "baysitting" Israel.

Absolutely re: People as the Duggars or their PR team seem to have some sort of relationship with them.
