IDK maybe it would be a good idea not to have dozens of children just so you can be a sensation at the grocery store.

That was...so cringey to watch. I'm also very surprised that she didn't make mention of still being able to fit into her wedding dress. It seems like something she would do to fish for compliments. (Yes, I did go to her blog to look for wedding photos to see if it was the same dress...?)

Thankfully, no.  ?

I wouldn’t be surprised if she had the dress altered to make that reel. Her implicit goal was to “show off” that after 10 kids she can still fit in her wedding dress and has a cutesy husband who is willing to participate.

She's looked quite "puffy" to me in the last few pics I've seen.  I'm hope to flying spaghetti monster she's not pregnant again already.

I went and watched the stupid little wedding dress video.  She is NOT the same size she was in her wedding pics, she's either squeezed into that dress like a sausage and it's not zipped up the back, or she indeed had it altered.

It speaks to Abbie’s insecurities and narcissism that she even WANTs to be the same size after 10 kids and however many years. Why aren’t our bodies allowed to change along with our lives? Is trying to look like your body wasn’t used to grow and nourish children somehow more godly? How come it’s good and holy to constantly bang on about having a ton of kids but it’s bad to look like you had kids? I swear it’s so fucked up that one of the nicest things you can say to a woman who has just had a baby is “you don’t look like you’ve just had a baby”.

My wedding dress wouldn’t fit me anymore; you wouldn’t be able to get the zipper up. That’s fine, I’m not likely to need to wear it again.

Same.  Several years go, my younger daughter tried mine on and I took a picture.  She looks so much like me that it's good enough. ?

I was overweight on my wedding day and I’m still overweight after 2 kids so my wedding dress would probably fit almost 12 years later. However I donated my wedding dress because I never felt attached to it. So I couldn’t try it on again even if I wanted to prove some point.

I could wear my wedding dress again, but:

1-I have 2 children, nor 10 and (most important!) I haven't had twins.

2-I am absolutely aware that at my age, body changes, and probably in a few years, that dress is not going to fit me even if I weight the same. No big deal.

3-I'm sure Abbie has cheated and the dress has been modified. She has changed physically since she had the twins and it is very obvious. In fact, she looks great. Being obsessed in looking 20 years younger is only going to hurt her.

I agree with you and I would like to qualify my BEC "puffy" - puffier than usual.  Objectively, she looks fine.

I might be the same dress size as I was when I got married, but my fat distribution is rather different after having kids. I have talked to other moms who have had this same body change. My thighs are not as thick now as they were before having kids. But my belly is fuller. So it’s like the fat went from my thighs to my belly. I imagine it’s because I grew two good sized humans in my midsection and that’s why it changed.

I donated mine too. We have a small house and it's not like I was going to wear it again. (Plus I can't fit into it.) I kept some of the fabric.

I should think about donating mine. I did pull it out at our ten year anniversary and got some cute pics of my daughter in it.

I haven't found the video yet but my mental image is her doing a Highland fling in her wedding dress and I am laughing away to myself.

I still fit my wedding dress but I wore it less than two years ago WHEN I was pregnant with twins. So yah, not such a difficult goal for me ?

Looks like Simon’s dancing skills are coming in really handy for Abbie to capitalize on.
The title is just…. so very perfect, in the “oh I have no IDEA how this went viral, guess it’s just God’s will!” It’s all about Simon and the time she spends with him, guys! Nothing to do with her followers or engagement or producing content for IG. Nope. All about him. You can tell because it’s on IG with a snappy headline that has nothing to do with him.ee43c4dfc2330f7b9c50354baedf7a8f.jpg

Everybody LOOOVED it, so she did another one.

Such a catchy title! It’s so unlikely that a content scraper will come along and use the pre-titled Reel! Totally unlikely! It’s all about her darling son, whatshisface. But wait! The caption on this one is AMAZING.

Did you know that she’s counter-cultural and cool? Also not sure if you knew, but she’s got ten kids. Ten! She homeschools, you know. Did you know that she’s a homeschooling mom of ten? She is.

God she’s more of an attention seeker than a toddler. Look at me! Look how cool I am! It’s so cringy.

If Braggie is planning on doing any publicity/interviews when her book comes out next year, she needs to do some *serious* work on her public speaking ability.  Every10th word out of her mouth is UM.

Braggie: But what I really hope to do is honor my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in everything I do.

Now, here are 5 selfies of me in dresses that you can shop for in the affiliate link I've provided.  Also, here are a bunch of things about me that I think are worth mentioning daily but have absolutely nothing to do with Jesus or Christianity.

And every single dress was terribly wrinkled. How much time did she dedicate to changing dresses and taking photos? I know she's a "busy" mom of ten but she couldn't take an extra 5 minutes to at least iron those crunchy ass hems?

And there it is on IG today. Her 2 sets of identical ( per her) twins- AND BORN  ON THE SAME DAY! How much mileage will she get out of that? Smart move not allowing comments.

Talk about manufacturing your own attention!
