I can't watch or read her posts anymore. She's dangerous. I can't believe that she hasn't been shadow banned by Instagram yet.

Who’s watching her kids as she goes on all these Instagram rants?

They are probably sitting immobile on their blankets...

I really wish Instagram would shadow ban her already. Her posts are so harmful and getting increasingly obnoxious and dangerous. Today she was asking her followers about reactions to vaccines and while she acknowledged a lot said they had no reactions, she only shared ones from people who allegedly had bad reactions. Hey Mrs. “Critical Thinking,” didn’t you ever learn the plural of anecdote =\= data?

Sounds like Chelsy Maxwell. She gave Axton raw milk starting pretty young.

One thing I do have to give Kristen credit-and I use the word "credit" very loosely-for:  She holds fast to her convictions regarding vaccines, regardless of how crazy or warped they are.  Unlike my neighbors who I swore during and right after the election were one step away from Qanon, yet mere weeks later were in an absolute panic because they couldn't get a COVID shot right away and were having difficulty booking one.   Once they got the vaccine they calmed down for a bit, but it's unfortunately starting up again; just last week on my morning walk one of them got me and was spewing his hatred of Biden. Sigh.  Sadly my morning walks are never dull.

i  must say i just found out my 60+ facialist is not getting any vaccine.

I am seriously like 90% changing and i have been with her for 15 years.

A relatively sane day in Kristen’s world, then.

I have a really close friend that actually drinks raw milk on occasions. So it's not only a fundie thing, but you can find that in the hippie-crunchy camp as well.

I know quite a few people who get raw milk from local small dairies and they aren't fundy or even mega crunchy ?‍♀️ The Farmer's Almanac basically says that the industrial revolution and squishing lots of cows into unsanitary environments and mass producing and distributing the milk is what creates the breeding ground for pathogens. I'm still not going to buy local raw milk because it seems like a hassle but it's probably more ethical from an animal treatment standpoint

The argument for raw milk is a bit exaggerated. Plenty of ppl died from bad raw milk in the before times. Industrial milk is often mixed from several farms, which does have the advantage of diluting out toxins, for example if grazing cows eat snakeroot.

Maybe raw milk is more delicious/nutritious but I'll stick with the pasteurized stuff, myself.

Even if you get milk from small local businesses for ethical reasons, why wouldn’t you just boil it? That’s what we used to do (occasionally), when I was a kid. Getting rid of the germs doesn’t make it less ethical.

Supposedly pasteurized milk is less nutritious and beneficial in some ways. If  healthy adults want to make an informed decision to drink carefully produced raw milk, I’m okay with it. But for those with less robust immune systems, or if the cow gets into the poisonous plants, it’s seriously dangerous.

One of my friends gets it because pasteurization does kill off some beneficial bacteria that help with digestion and there is someone in her house who can drink raw milk without getting explosive diarrhea where store milk makes them sick ? Not saying everyone with a dairy issue would be that way, it just works for them

I know people who get raw milk, and that's because they like to make cheese on occasion, and pasteurized milk doesn't work as well as raw milk does.

I just looked it up and 979 people got sick, 73 were hospitalized and no one died in the US from raw milk, from 2007-2012. (Source: CDC.)

However, it's tied to the death of a 3-year-old in Australia in 2014.

I'm not much of a milk drinker, nor do I make cheese, so I tend to stick with small cartons of condensed milk for coffee, and an emergency UHT carton for cooking. I do use milk for cereal, but mostly oat milk these days. My boyf goes through milk loving phases, so usually I'll get the fresh stuff straight from the cow, so to speak. We do live in the heart of the Allgäu, where, as the locals say, "the cows are more beautiful than the women", and I can go and pet the cows in the fields :) The raw milk does have an incredibly short life though, which is a bit of a pain. Not sure he has any health reasons for preferring raw milk, just that he grew up surrounded by cows and farmers' kids.

(I'm veggie, he's not, but I do the shopping, and am pretty fussy about the origins of my food now I have the luxury of a bit more spare cash and time, especially the animal welfare aspects. Still, I do try and send him to the butcher where there are pictures of their pigs having fun in the fields nearby, that's just a bit too local for me. I'm glad the pig was happy, but I'm not sure I want to see before/after pics when he buys some sausages... )

Kristen has made many dancing around posts with graphics about not the goverment tell her what to do, which I guess means not get vaccinated. Also God is in charge.

I have no idea why she keeps dancing. What does that prove? She's got this smug laughing expression on her face.

If I didn't know she was fundie, I would think she was on drugs.

I'm sure it's possible for a fundy to develop a drug habit but I would say the mega crunchy nonsense would mean she probably stays away from the synthetic stuff....but maybe she's manic ? something undiagnosed and untreated could explain a lot of things. She'd probably call a mental illness a demon anyway...or a blame it on gluten

She most probably needs to be on drugs (the prescription kind). Sad that she most probably would try and pray it away. Drugs for mental health can be a literal life saver and should have no stigma or shame attached.
