I hear you BUT: Jared Fogle (of Subway) was NOT arrested the day his house was raided. So it DOES happen. And we really have no idea if Josh, or any of the Duggars, have been or are currently being interviewed.

I would have advised against the use of "fake news" but that is the type of people that support them.  I guess it was the right move to immediately alienate the people who loathe Trump and cast themselves in the stereotypes that are being portrayed of trump supporters....

Were any of the Bates listed on the official documents? I don’t know if we would know if the feds showed up at the Batesssss anyway. They keep a lower profile and live in the boondocks. It doesn’t seem like they have pissed their local community off the way the Duggars have. So someone could have been at the Batesssss and we might not know.

I actually think they’re doing the only thing they can do. Clam up, circle the wagons, and hint at being victims of the evil media. That appeals to their fans and gives us nothing to work with for our speculation.

I don't think that will happen but That would be my advice if I was their PR person.

No matter what happens they'll be in for a world of trouble in the next few months.

The crude phrase "creaming our pants" comes to mind.

I think it would depend on if I thought they knew anything. If I thought only one individual was involved, I’d advise them to do exactly as they are: say “as far as we know” and then business as usual. 

If I thought there was more, I’d tell them to go silent and then do damage control after it became public. 

If I were going for the Christian perspective, I’d tell them to confess and ask for forgiveness a la Josh!s confession back in the day. 

Its curious because I wonder if their faith compels them to perceived honesty and transparency or if they feel persecuted enough to keep quiet.

I would imagine this whole speculation re: Josh and 'wtf is going on' must be driving her NUTS. I'm betting she's pushing Nurie to ask her betrothed, Nathan Keller, what is going on. This is gonna be personal for Jill. I don't know how close Anna and her brother, Nathan, are but I'll betcha he's getting grilled lol

Katie Joy has a highly speculative but if half of it is true the merde is going to hit the fan video out today. She is clear it is all kinds of speculative but the rumors point in the direction of child porn and reaches beyond Josh to other males in the Duggar family. Like everyone else, waiting on hard facts. Amber Wood is on probation from Domestic Violence, a felony. A confirmed 'threat' could put Amber into jail.

Anyway, that's not why I posted this. I just thought y'all should be aware of this Katie Joy person. She fancies herself a "journalist" but in reality she gleans twitter accounts, FB posts, any gossip forum she can find (ie - Jani Schofield's thread on Kiwi Farms), changes up the wording and calls it her own.  So, yeah, any "info" from her wrt whatever seems to be going on with the Duggars is gossip, at best.

Yes that's Katie Joy, her original expose of Amber was good but she got cocky after that and has even resorted to posting making fun of Chelsea from Teen Mom 2 anxiety and panic attacks and the fact that she is keeping her child away from a drug addict that has broken visitation agreements lots of times and has already lost his rights to his other daughter, while claiming to be a mental health and addiction advocate. She cries victim any time she gets called out for shitty things as well.

I think we cracked the case! The Home/business was “raided”  Josh is wanted for child Porn and JB is running a money laundering op/hiring illegals and they will both be put away because Derick is a Narc to the Feds out of Revenge. But Don JB will immediately throw his pervert Screw up eldest under the bus to save himself and his media “empire”

Just saw the thread title and had to rub my eyes and pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I'm not dreaming. Its real! Well, not really a raid. Just probably questioned. I'm trying to stay rational too. Its not that I don't think JB is shady, he is as shady as hell. But I don't want to get disappointed if nothing comes from it.
