I imagine she hasn't had it removed, but probably keeps it as a "reminder of her former sinful ways". 

Thats what most people I know that have gone fundie/fundie lite do

My (very very) gay godmother keeps her love heart tattoo with "Andrew" on her arm from when she used to drink... She has nfi who this Andrew is, but she says its the reminder she needs to stay clean and sober...

i get why the Duggers et al are opposed to women working, but am surprised at the LDS emphasis on SAHM... Given their emphasis on education for both sexes, it all seems to go out the window once a wedding ring is on...

It does look like Sierra is pushing for her own show... which would REALLY be boring.  

In the last few Instagram pics and videos, I haven't noticed her with her new baby/other kids... I'm sure they're around somewhere but it's like she's hanging out at the Duggars' house more often than not and I wonder who's watching the kids and doing the cooking, housework, etc.  It is a lot of work with five very little ones.  

It's been decades but when my two kids were little it was hard to get away even just down the block (or however close she lives.)

And I absolutely positively cannot stand those bugged-out eyes.  Drives me crazy.

Idk, it'd probably be more interesting than 'counting on' at this point. There's nothing terribly unique about newlyweds raising their first child. But sierra already has a bunch of little kids running around and doesn't even have sister moms yet. It'd be like watching 19 kids and counting: the prequel.
