did I hear Jinger in a recent episode say something about "going on strike" when they were supposed to be outside with the others planting trees in the cold or something?

Yes. JB and the boys were using all their fancy equipment to dig holes or whatever for the trees they bought a nursery. The nursery sent some of their guys to help, and that's when Jinger said "that's when us girls decided to go on strike. But I took that as a I want to watch those hot sweaty guys defraud us. :lol:

This book will be interesting to read after the future tell all gets written. Then you can read in the tell all how something actually happened, and look at this book to see how the truth was twisted and camouflaged back in 2012.

This book will definitely be ghostwritten, I don't buy for a minute that any of them could actually write a book. Then when it's released the Duggar fans will say how it's proof of how a) how well-educated they are in that they can write a book and b) that it shows they are REALLY HAPPY :roll:

I agree with others, this book will be ghostwritten. The Duggars probably found some fundie ghost writer to do the work. The Duggars definitely know that their TV days are numbered. I think 19KAC might get one more season, but I don't see them getting two more seasons. The Duggars will use the girls' book as a way to stay in the spotlight with fundie and some mainstream Christian circles. The book probably won't get high sales numbers. It will get decent numbers but nothing huge. I will laugh at the morons who will read the book and think the Duggar girls are truly happy in that lifestyle.

I wish this book meant the authors got to go on a book tour - leaving their parents and their little siblings behind and being on their own for a few weeks. I think they'd enjoy it, but I also doubt it would happen. At the very least some of their brothers would have to be included as chaperones.

I think Boob and Mullet might let the girls go on a book tour with a third party chaperone. The girls were chaperoned by a fundie during their Chicago trip.

The girls hope to have their book on the shelves by the end of this year. In the meantime, we know that they would appreciate prayer as they gather their content into book format.

I guess we just didn't pray hard enough. My guess is they couldn't get their shit together and the book was scrapped.

I bet the J'Slaves' book will probably have some of the same vibe as the Sarah Malley book. I can see a good portion of the book discussing courtship and purity.

I think their book will be sugar-coated, with all things being "neat" and "awesome", because Jim Boob and Mullet Mom will never let anything negative come out. The only way we'll get a tell-all book by a J'slave is if she leaves the compound for good.

I dont know that they'll have it out anytime soon. Not that many people would pre order that shit on amazon, I think the vast majority of their sales come from the mandatory purchases at their signing events. Since they cant let the girls out on their own, and doing it as a part of the family signing would hurt their own crappy sales... no book.

My theory is that the girls are writing a real book. The reason it's taking so long is because they have to run everything past Jim Boob and Jichelle... so they are actually writing two books. One that their parents see and approve, and one that they actually send off to the editor.

The shit will hit the fan when the real book is the one released. Their parents will be pissed but by that time it will be too late to change anything.
