Would an RE prescribe Clomid if nothing wrong can be found with the woman? I mean, wouldn't they test Michael first before doing anything? They'd want a diagnosis, right? Plus, if nothing is found wrong with her, wouldn't that mean there has to be something wrong with the guy? 

Sometimes nothing wrong can be found with either party, but the combo just doesn't work. I'm not sure of all the details, but finding nothing wrong with her doesn't automatically mean they'll find something wrong with him.

When we sought out IF treatment, my husband was actually tested first. According to our RE, it was easier and cheaper to rule him out as the problem (and less invasive) before starting testing me.

Clomid is not hard to get. I was on it for 3 months with my regular OB/GYN without having any testing done. When we switched over to an RE she actually upped my dose from 50mg to 100mg and the only testing we did at that point was FSH, AMH, LH, and a thyroid panel for me(all normal). My husband did get an SA done but we did that prior to seeing the RE so not sure if she would have ordered it straight away or not. I did get my tubes checked but that was after I finished the dose of clomid. 

A lot of fertility treatment is more working around the problem than getting down to the underlying cause. I only ended up getting further testing because I miscarried for a 2nd time.

Yes, Clomid is most often the first step. My OB started with several rounds of blood work for me, all came back normal. My DH also had a Semen Analysis done, and that was all normal.  Once you've hit the 12 month mark and everything comes up normal you are labeled as "unexplained infertility" and for most people they try a few rounds of Clomid first. It's the least invasive. I got a positive right before my OB was going to prescribe it, which ended in a loss (Ectopic), and have not been cleared to start trying again.

She's pregnant again, isn't she? Are ALL of them?

I don't see anything. Not sure what you're referring to. The show premieres tonight though. So it could just be that.

Yeah, i dont think she would have been far enough along when they were filming this to announce given we've seen recent pics where she does not appear pregnant. 

I wonder whar news the other married couples have thats less big than goats?? Thats a head scratcher for sure. Also, damn they churn out these long ass seasons with almost no break between.

Ah yes I had the same with the problem with the phone update and the signature problem. I hope I fixed it correctly via the Tapatalk settings. I'm thinking they wouldn't announce extremely early due to her medical history.

That's the first thing I thought too but that just feels so unlikely... I mean Chad seems like a good fundie dad compared tot he rest but that good seems a little much for them. There are other sister mums though so maybe she stayed with Carlin and Josie? Or Whitney and Zack?
