Well just based on the new clips that I saw on the Good Morning America piece this morning it looks to me like Anna is in it for the long haul. She would not be on there talking about how she thought everything was going to be Ok and that this cant be true,.

 

Makes me think she must have known something about the whole deal while he was a teenager becase (just my guess) if I had found that out my beloved husband had a whole secret sex thing in his past I think that the next time I heard some new shit about him I would not be thinking "this cant be true"..

Obviously legit rehab programs exist. Obviously many people have legit reasons to go to such programs. Obviously I am no licensed therapist. But something about all of this is just plain weird to me. Weird being the only word I can come up with to describe it. And they are all super secretive about where exactly he is etc... so freakin weird. 

And it doesn't seem like he is there to address the really bad stuff he did (but oh yeah that was just "light touching over the clothes"... -__-)...anyway...

This situation is weird to me too -- in that there have been no actual proven sightings of Josh anywhere, at any rehab place.  It's like he dropped off the face of the earth.  Is it out of the realm of possibility that he's being kept somewhere against his will?

Agreed. Plus at face value the parents get kudos for raising a big family and it's touted as a successful example to boot.  But start examining their methods such as the buddy system and one sees how lazy they were.  Plus now there's a couple of married kids who are showing in various ways that they aren't anywhere near prepared to be independent and / or make decent decisions.

FWIW, Danica's lawsuit was addressed to him in Rockford, and there's footage of a Duggar plane leaving Rockford and bound for Springdale with a (Josh-shaped?) male passenger a few days later.

you're right. It's like he just disappeared. Not sure about being held there against his will per se...part of me would like to believe that he has a shred of conscience and realizes the sh!tstorm that may await him in his fundie community and so he's voluntarily hiding seeking as much treatment as possible for his terrible choices he's made sex addiction.

I think the timing is being controlled by someone a further up the org chart than Smuggar...and I predict a Christmas return as people will be distracted and it won't get as much media play.

I am still in awe sometimes when I think about this hierarchy they adhere to. I am not sure why because when you study other fundie groups and cults, it's a very similar story but yes. I think you're right.

You be the judge. Footage is here, though I don't understand why the original is gone and only ET's version is visible. Maybe they bought the rights to it?

In the interest of accuracy, BTW, I confess I switched the dates around in my earlier statement. The plane was in Rockford on Nov 11 and the lawsuit made the news on Nov 18. The pages of the complaint that In Touch released did not include the filing date, to my disappointment.

Wherever he is, he probably prefers hiding out away from the wrath of his family, regardless of whether he's actually serious about helping himself or not.  I can only imagine the major shitstorm he had to endure at the hands of his father and he's got to be persona non grata to  the rest of the family for sinking the family brand further into the dumpster than it already is.

I'd like to also claim that the only reason the family (read: Boob, who tells his family how to feel about things) is mad at Joshy is because he derailed the gravy train... (not saying the girls and Anna don't feel anger/hurt...I'm sure (and hope) they do. Suppressing feelings like that is toxic.)

I'm trying to think how I would feel if Mr. Wolf did that to me. Angry, hurt, devastated, mabe scared. One thing, I don't think I would be making plans to reconcile or divorce. I think I would be in too much turmoil. Of couse, I don't think Mr. Wolf would go off to a pseudo rehab and leave me and the kids to fend for ourselves.

He'd be coming home to a very cold house, though.

Radar Online has had so many different stories that, by the law of averages, at some point they may report something  that is actually true.  

Most of the report could just be good guesses.  I wouldn't be surprised if Anna does want to believe everything he says because she wants things to be better so badly.  And, given what we know of these people,  most of us would imagine  that if Anna did go to visit him, she and Josh prayed and cried together.  It is also logical that if she went to see him, she wouldn't take the older children.  (Especially since there might not be room on the plane.)So these are safe guesses.  

The question is whether she really went.  What do our Duggar Aviation watchers say?  

As for Josh denying that he did what Danica accuses him of, that is to be expected.  I wouldn't be surprised if this part of the report wasn't placed out there by Jim Bob.

I do hope the part about the kids getting to see their dad before Christmas is true.

I don't know if it would be included in Sacred Geometry, That's too Hippy Dippy Trippy for a Duggar. I can almost guarantee that it is being taught in the geometry unit of the SODRT.

 

Speaking of Sacred Geometry one of my exes is getting a full back tattoo in that style. If Josh shape were included in sacred geometry, his smug face would probably wind up on her back somewhere. It's a good thing we're no longer dating.

Maybe we'll see Josh and Anna moving to Florida for a fresh start with Josh doing prison ministry since he can speak of his own sins. It would be good for him to have to be reminded of his deeds on a daily basis. Have a bite of humble pie.

I can't see Josh doing prison ministry for a number of reasons. First, child molesters are hated even in prison and he would have no moral standing to lecture the other inmates. I could see the prisoners heckling Josh in a really vulgar way that would be humiliating to him and the Kellers. It is better for everyone involved if Josh does not have a public position. Second, as other people have mentioned, Josh is not going to want to live in a trailer in Florida. His best bet for retaining the life he's become accustomed to is to remain under JB's thumb and work behind the scenes.
