Jessa - No, the reality show was 5 years afet all this. We had dealt with it and moved on

JIll - I think that some people say we're hypocrites. If you look back we never said we were perfect, we said we are a family with lots of kids that have 20 times...

We're the victims and we're the only one who can speak. Now that its warped and told how they want to portray it we felt like thats why we wanted to say "thats not what happened." We've dealt with this and we've taken care of it.

I have a feeling the over reaction of the "media intrusion" of these reality TV stars has been psychologically misplaced deliberately by coaching (note the use of words... more apt to describe their feelings of being molested by their oldest brother who they trusted, are the not? They arise from somewhere.)

I believe the hatred of the "media" or "agenda" is a perfect outlet for their anger, feelings of helplessness and lose of innocence. Of course they can't take it out on Josh! Listen to the feelings, and ask where they come from?

Like the paranoid insistence on "modesty"... the family doth protest too much.

And then slip into "christianese" (laid upon my heart, humbled before the lord etc...) or what they know best; themselves and their tv show. Smile. Giggle. Stockphrase. Cry as long as possible to fill interview time. All phrases and "feelings" they've been coached to project (over and over and over and over), to go on autopilot to help minimise, deny, obscure, deflect.....
