What a public fall from grace for Josh, JB and Michelle.  Their personification of Christian living and values just bit them all on the butt.  I'm thrilled.

I have a funny feeling she won't be in the warehouse much longer.

Its like I said, it makes me wonder if he is blaming her for all of this.

According the Sun, Josh wants Texas over Arkansas.

Why? You would think he would want to be closer to Anna and the kids? Or am i mossing something?

Speculation: I could easily see Anna and JB placing their anger on each other instead of the person they need to be angry with. Josh.

Oh I can totally seeing JB turning on them. He now knows that he has 8 mouths to feed for the long haul. Anna had better be coming up with a viable, escape plan.

It's solely based on good behavior while in prison.

I was under the impression that participating in a help program was also considered. Not that Smuggar would ever admit he needed it.

Watching the clips of Jim Bob and Anna bolting to the parking lot,  I'm confused why they didn't have someone pick them up so they didn't have to walk so far with people screaming questions at them.

JB looked piiiiiised.

The Texas prison is only about an hour and a half further drive and supposedly has better treatment programs so maybe more people like Josh there?

Also, I think there is a pilot in the family?

Yes, their personification of Christian living, something they made up and made money off shilling. Too bad that they were ever allowed to cash in on their odd, made up beliefs.

I continue to be puzzled by Michelle's courtroom absence throughout the entire legal process here. My son is currently incarcerated, and even with a lesser offense and lesser sentence, the entire process was incredibly difficult. Witnessing your child as a courtroom defendant is really hard, even when you agree that the charges and sentence are right and reasonable. But I just can't imagine not being present to witness it, especially since she had family there to support her.

Agreed.  No matter what, I would be there for my child.  I just think Michelle is lacking in real maternal affection for any of her children.  She handed them off to an older sibling as soon as she could wean them, and left the primary care and raising to others.  She may have been physically present in their lives, but not emotionally present.  Plus, I think her ego could not take the public scrutiny.  No more "Mother of the Year" awards for her.

She could also be pissed that all that money for that fancy defense team didn't quite work out.

It may be easier to be mad at other things and herself rather than Josh because she can control herself and some of those other things.

If JB blames Anna, he is an asshole.

She looked like she was about to bounce cameras off heads.

JB looked as if he were real close to throwing hands.

JB won't turn on Anna.  If she doesn't already know where skeletons lie then Josh will tell/write her.

There is more dodgyness in the Duggar house that we don't know about (even if its just financial shenanigans).  Josh as golden boy and former heir apparent, knows those secrets.  Josh needs JB to fund his kids, he'll give Anna the info she need to blackmail JB for money.

There's a precarious triangle of the 3 of them holding different bits of power over each other and propping each other up while holding a dagger next to their backs.  Meanwhile sharks (Jill, Jessa, other siblings) are around ready to swoop if things get too unfair or they don't get their share.

He was walking kinda funny… 😉

JB is an asshole. Even if he doesn’t blame Anna for this. Plenty of other reasons why.

Sun got a full frontal pic of the person waiting to hug Anna and escort her to the car, its not Pris or anyone I recognise.

Definitely. Anna won’t look at the truth of the situation, her marriage, or her life. That’s way harder. This is probably the only way she could make it through the day. Denial, projection, etc. But eventually it could all come creeping up. Or she could be like Michelle and seem to push all her unwanted emotions down deep to where she can’t acknowledge them.

I wish he'd got more, but I'm glad that he didn't get less. These means there will definitely be no more M'kids, and Madyson will be at least 10 when he gets out, if not older.

I hope this gives Anna some time to reflect, and maybe gives some time for the rest of the family to work through everything they've been through and leave JB and Michelle in the dust.

I feel I need to express my sadness today for all children who are not protected from the evil doers. Children that are killed in schools. Children who are sexually, physically mentally abused. All individuals stuck in religious cults and blind to their choices. It’s been a horrible 2 weeks. And may some adult on the planet put the welfare of the M kids, first. Those kids need advocates. They truly lost in the family department. Sure, they have a warehouse to live in, transportation and probably crappy food, but what about their emotional/mental health? For a family and cult all about “blessings” and “counting on” none of them seem to give a flying eff about raising healthy children.

I agree Dillard better keep quiet on SM. He has too much to lose-

A decade is a really long time.  It's hard for me to imagine her not moving on, whether she really wants to or not.
