Duggars in 10 - 20 Years

I don’t see any of them putting their children in a public school- it will be homeschooling or private Christian school. 
I also think with the notable exception of Austin the work ethic is not strong in any of these so they will run minor businesses and grub money along where they can.

I can see Josh & Josiah feeling sorry for themselves while their wives fake smiles and keep their families afloat with online peddling. 
Jed has the potential, depending on his political success, of being the most obnoxious- but it’s a crowded field. 
I don’t see Jeremy having a mega church but I see him clinging to the coattails of fame and anybody vaguely famous they know. Jinger will do pretty much nothing except promote whoever will pay her and support Jeremy.
Amy will write the tell all while Derick keeps hinting at it- then he’ll snark over her on Twitter until she offers to bring Jill in as co author!

Josh/Anna: Will never divorce.  I think Josh will stray again, at least to online pornography.  They'll hit double digit kids but only just.

Jana: Will eventually settle for someone in her mid-30s and have 2-3 kids.  She will be content in that she's birthing for the lord and can finally go on date nights with her sisters.

JD/Abbie: 4-5 kids, Abbie never goes back to nursing but does MLM on the side because of worried about financial instability.  JD will still be a pilot and support them maybe giving flying lessons.

Jill/Derick: 3-4 kids but they never get that girl.  Still married and posting about #besthubbyever but her smile never reaches her eyes.  This is the only couple I think might send the kids to school starting in middle or high school when they've been appropriately indoctrinated because Derick wants them able to go to college. 

Jessa/Ben: 6 kids, still living in a smallish house (probably 3 bedrooms so they can have a girl room and a boy room) and supporting themselves with Ben's odd jobs.  He never becomes a successful preacher and she does some social media influencing, although it has become less lucrative with time.

Jinger/Jeremy: 2 kids, their spending habits have caught up with them and they are unhappy but try to project perfect lives on social media anyway.  Jeremy never gets a job at a large church because he completely lacks the charisma necessary.

Joe/Kendra: 10-12 kids, happy together but a bit exhausted.  They sill live on the compound.

Josiah/Lauren: 3 kids, most likely couple to divorce IMO.  If still together they will be really unhappy and have stopped pretending.  Lauren will not go to Duggar family events and Josiah will not acknowledge that she's missing.

Joy/Austin: Working at the family camp +/- doing house flipping depending on whether his parents have retired yet or not.  If Joy has a successful vbac they'll probably have 7 kids, if not then 4 kids.  She will still be barefoot most of the time.

I predict Jennifer as the most likely to leave, as her desire to work with animals as a vet and her likely introversion will make it clear to her how much her parents failed her.  I think she'll be the most likely to own pets and take care of them by bringing them to the vet (given her history with the guinea pig she loved so much) and since it's primarily female field she will see a stark difference between what she wanted as a child and what she ended up with.  She might marry young to someone a bit more liberal-minded as a means to get out but I suspect she'll retain many of the hateful core beliefs.

I really don't see any of the family having any dramatic changes in beliefs, but I do think a few will realize how stunted they've been.  None will attend any sort of useful higher education, especially after Joe's failed attempt at Crown (which is useless anyway).
