Previously on Fundies Do Weird Shit, Jinger entered into a marketing arrangement with a LA donut shop. Said donut shop fired her with a scathing rebuke of their beliefs. More here:

Someone on the other thread said they found it hard to believe that those people didn't know who Jinger and Jeremy were.....It's completely possible. Most of the people I know either don't know them OR they only know "Oh those are the people who are famous for having a ton of kids" but they don't really have in depth knowledge about their religion, fundamentalism, etc. They just think they are famous people for having babies and they are religious, details unknown. 

I know others will disagree. But we have to remember that not everyone follows, or cares about quiverful families.

I said it and I might believe they had no clue who the family was before the josh scandal but that made national headline news people have to be living under a rock to not know who they are and what they stand for after that.

You'd be surprised. Most people don't know or care about weird large families. That story was huge to us, but practically nothing in most circles. Even mister destiny would likely have no idea who Jinger Vuolo is, and he knows EXACTLY what FJ is.

I don't know what was said in the other thread about Jinger partnering with Rebecca Minkoff, but I will say this: it makes me uncomfortable. I used to work at a high end retail store and they sold a lot of Rebecca Minkoff there. I have a purse and shoes. It is a nice alternative to Kate Spade, Michael Kors, etc. Now a Duggar is associated. Ugh, so mad about it. Like, how does this even happen? She's not a fashion influencer! Anyway, rant over.

I have to say I was just delighted to see there was an actual apology made.  That's so much better than just quietly deleting the picture.  Idk if they're sincere, and honestly I don't really care since I live in New England and will never try their donuts, but this is a rough start to JinJer's next level ambitions.

Are you aware that Rebecca Minkoff is a second generation Scientologist?

It’s so much better than them just deleting the photo and moving on which is what I anticipated. 
 

Edited to add: I’m curious to know more about this part “The company that introduced us.” Do J&J have some sort of  agency team looking for sponsorships for them?

And to everyone else who read my previous comment, I would like to publicly declare that I no longer stand with what I said. I no longer care about Jinger partnering with her (though I do find it even more odd now). And I no longer care if the two of them become associated with each other. On my way to throw out my shoes (they're in bad shape anyway) and sell my purse on Poshmark… lol

Is sniffing up the right track. They look pretty popular if you go through their media and website. I bet they have a PR person and/or J/J do. It's effing LA. The owner does voice over work. Jinger liked the fonut and look how fast someone brought it to their attention exactly who she is. Whether it's bad for their image or they truly dislike them on principles - hm. That's maybe a bit harder to assess. It's bad for Duggars though and that's a win.

Curious owns FJ. Does that mean she knows exactly what's going on in all the threads at all times? She certainly doesn't. Jerks slip through the cracks.

Decent people apologize. Scummy people ignore it. In my opinion. You and I generally disagree though. And that's perfectly fine.

Many companies don’t go out and approach influencers or their marketing themselves. There are extra companies that you can register with and they will go and do it. Or J&J’s marketing agency approached the donut company. Are we even sure those two dimwits have their own agency?

I expect that J&J are using an influencer management agency. These agencies sign up influencers with large numbers of followers, and then do deals with brands for the influencer to promote them.

Well...I don’t feel that I can bitch about them being entitled and lazy, and then complain more when they attempt to earn $. I am pleased when 1 of them gets slapped down though. Also, no One should become fam$ou$ and live the easy life because their parents procreated like rabbits, and particularly when they attempt to curtail the rights of others at every given opportunity. Swings your arms all you like, but when you hit others with those arms, be prepared to be slapped back. Jinjer just got their first slap back!

I'm going to guess those personal reasons is Minkoff figured out who she was and uninvited her, OR they found out she's a crazy Scientologist.
