I’m just going to say it. I love these pictures. The pictures are beautiful (even the quality is great!), Felicity is adorable, Jinger looks amazing, and even Jeremy, Jessa, and Michelle look great. I also love that the nursery is so neutral. I have nothing to snark about.

Who is the "young Christian girl" named Felicity that Jinger references? Saint Felicity? I see non-Catholic devout people appreciating the saints in a reduced capacity sometimes, but generally they're not the ones comparing Catholicism to demon possession.

I like that the nursery is neutral.  The baby is not in a pink blanket, is that allowed? 

I thought Jana was there too.  Perhaps hidden from photos as has been done in the past or perhaps taking care of the Seewald boys?

I wouldn't see any reason why they wouldn't appreciate Felicity, they just wouldn't call her a saint. A lot of Evangelicals are really into martyr stories. Jesus Freaks was a really popular book among Evangelicals, and a bit of googling tells me that Felicity's story is in there.

I love the rug in her nursery.  I have the same one saved in my wishlist on either Wayfair or Amazon.  Also love how neutral the nursery is in general.

Loving the Southwest nursery- neutral, simple, modern but with some boho touches and isn't all pink and frilly, though I like the little bit of pink with the succulent print on the wall.

I'm shocked they used a blue baby blanket and are keeping everything neutral but...is that a gigantic flower headband? Ugh.

Honestly, I can’t understand how people can make out what a newborn baby looks like... all newborns just look like newborns to me. Once they get a few months old, then it’s easier for me to tell which parent they look like the most.

As for the Neutral Nursery... When you plan to have many children in regular succession it’s only practical to make it neutral. If they dress her in neutral colors or a large variety it will be more surprising and telling.

Great photos, I'm absolutely shocked at the lack of pink frilly stuff. While I do enjoy pink frilly stuff personally it can be over the top.

I'm going there, I'm calling Schrodinger's Uterus on Jessa, look at her top there are gathers on the seam.   Who's hopping on the speculation bus with me?

Childless person here wondering what's up with bebe Felicity's head?   Stuck in birth canal?   I know nothing of these things but the top part of her head looks odd.  Am I dumb here?

I was kind of surprised by the gender neutral nursery too, but as @tabitha2 said, it makes sense if they're planning on still being in the same house by the time they have their next baby, who could be a boy. Maybe they're not fond of redecorating every 16-24 months (definitely wouldn't blame them).

I really don't think Jessa's pregnant. But given that every time I've speculated she's pregnant, she hasn't been... now that I'm speculating she's not pregnant, that probably means she is!

Felicity's head is shaped like a vaginally delivered baby's. GryffindorDisappointment's head was pointy/slopey like that for a week or so after her birth.

A newborn baby’s skull is not fused together, which allows the skull bones to overlap while the baby is coming through the birth canal. The sutures will eventually fuse and bone will grow over the fontanels, or “soft spots.”

I'll jump! I've been predicting a Jessa pregnancy for months now! It has to be true at some point!

Yes.Mr Melon did not go in the delivery room.He and his mother were waiting in the hallway.My doctor is very outgoing,enthusiastic...he pulled the blanket off and showed Mr Melon,and my mother in law exactly which gender my son is..Mr Melon...says"What's wrong with his head"....my dr said it was because of his squeeze thru my birth canal...He said," Oh,his head will look normal.You don't see people walking around with coneheads"....LOL

Nah, baaaaabbbbeeeeee is a little girl! What would she need with books? lol! When Jinger and Jeremy's 'little man' is born I'm sure one of the first pictures we'll see of him will be Jeremy lovingly reading to him from one of his many leather-bound volumes.
