Oh heyyyy delphinium65 happy Tuesday to you, my wife asked me to come here and try and make sense of your post, because I'm not quite understanding what you're tying to say and you obviously don't understand what I'm trying to say so you're posting lies, slander, libel, mis-characterisations, lies about my wife's wise, well read, seven-hours a day researched messages that are only aimed at Godly women who want to follow God's ways. Matthew 5:16 So why are you even reading? I don't have the time to respond to you, so this will be short... I don't know you, but you certainly just read to slander my wife and you have bitterness and hate in your heart. Am I saying you're bitter and hateful? No way! But why are you saying that my Godly wife hates feminism when you can't find a single post to prove it, no really nobody has any proof here. But can we not all agree that most feminists do want to leave their innocent, precious, blessings for nine hours a day in the company of strangers, endangering their eternal souls so that they can emasculate their headships with their 'independence' and 'productivity'. Isaiah 51:3 Am I not trying to say that all working mothers do it? You bet!  Psalms 37:4 But I definitely read that it's 99% of them. But look, I'm just trying to understand you here? Maybe instead of attacking, abusing, slandering, spreading lies about me and my wife., must you not try and read what we are saying (which I've spelled as clear as day... just like the word of God). Look, I'm sure, like all of us, you are a lovely Christian woman just trying to follow God's path. But I can't understand anything you're trying to say here! Maybe someday our paths will cross. ANd hey, if you're in my part of town, we can get together at a nice restaurant, just the two of us. Bottle of prosecco, a nice dinner (on me :my_biggrin:) and I can explain godly womanhood to you since you clearly aren't getting it from my clear, concise writings. James 4:11-12   Blessings!

HOLY FUCKING HELL, @Ken!  You have lost the plot, man.  Also, as you were told ad infinitum, SLANDER IS SPOKEN.  The voices in your head do not count, Kenny.   When it's on the internet it's LIBEL.  Seriously, this is not a hard concept.   Slander is Spoken.  See how easy it is to remember?  They both start with S.

PS: Your post is not clear or concise.   A dictionary or perhaps not trying so hard to mansplain things might help that in the future.

What. the. Fuck. This is the creepiest thing I've ever seen Ken write, which is saying something.

PPS: You sound like a creeper when you invite women you do not know for a dinner "just the two of us" with wine.  This is Bill Cosby level creeping.

Does Lori know you are inviting women that disagree with her out to a nice restaurant ALONE if they happen to be in your area?

@cara  That made my day!  I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.  Particularly this bit:

:pb_lol:

Oh that wasn't a real post by Ken?  That was super well written (as Ken).  I totally thought it was real, so ignore my reaction to it when you read it.  I was ready to take the FJ fb for a spin.

I can't read her damn FB people. I just can't. Because one of these days I will lose my super proverbial caca on this bitch, and that won't make her change one bit, and will, however, embarrass me on the internet. this bitch and her man are vile, vile human beings. And remember this is coming from someone who follows the Naugler saga, so you can qualify my level of tolerance for shit is quite high.

Whelp! Sorry @Curious @ViolaSebastian I was only playing around. I'm a 30 year old athiest from Ireland! Ken does have a habit of inviting Internet strangers to dinner though.

oh you totally nailed it.  I absolutely thought it was a real Ken post.   Too bad writing mansplaining isn't a paying job (or maybe it is) because you'd be independently wealthy in no time!

She deleted Meg Harris.

Wow...

She really does equate herself with God.  I wish someone would make that comment (and the fact that Lori promptly deleted it) front and center on 2.0.  I'd love to hear @Ken's response.

I left it as a comment on the latest post so maybe 2.0 will turn it into a seperate post.

I wish they would.  It really highlights how far down the path of deifying herself that she has gone.

It's very jarring.

I'd like to know what Lori is thinking about this female Southwest pilot who is being hailed a hero today. Turns out she is an ex navy pilot and one of the first to fly the F18.

I wouldn't be surprised if parts of Lori's book are plagiarized as Meg implied. I know that has been speculated here on FJ, but I wonder if Meg hinted at knowing where Lori may have stolen material from.

I hate to think this way-- knowing Lori she would probably try to blame the female pilot for the passenger's death and the injuries of others. I know it's been reported that were engine issues. Lori won't see it that way. She's a big enough cunt to likely say it was the female pilot's fault.

I am thinking what Meg means about portions not written by you is didn't she quote a lot of her commenters and ladies in the chatroom? I recall someone saying there was pages of just quotes from others.

Here's Lori's response.

"Oh big Deal!!  So she saved a planeload of people, probably half of them are working mothers!  They don't deserve a second chance at life, they hate Jesus and me, equally.  I am a godly woman and you need to listen to me because I'm as close to god as it gets(so is my wonderful husband Ken who rides a cock horse to Bramberry Cross...ooops, my bad, that's one of our sex games)!  Anyway...she's probably a slut who slept her way to the top(oops again) job!

My god, when will you women ever learn??!!

Yes, big sections are from others, including Ken. I'll have to find my Amazon review to give examples.

Here is part of my review

Quote

Another chapter quotes bloggers Sunshine Mary and TheJoyFilledWife. Sunshine Mary (on her blog) promotes a husband punishing his wife by spanking. TheJoyFilledWife talks about keeping your man no matter what, even if he cheats or is addicted to porn.

I am not sure which chapter, maybe 6? I don't have the book, I sent it on to another FJer so they could review it (I'm helping others be frugal!)

Also she talks about the Pearls and IIRC, quotes them for a chunk of another chapter.

Dear Lee,

Being unpopular with the world should not be a qualifier for it being a good book. Isn't the Bible still one of the most widely bought books in the world? I can imagine something like a satanic bible depicting gruesome, evil things would be much less popular but you aren't gonna buy that are you? Unpopular with the world does not equal good or godly. ( I know what he means by world but I'm just being a butt)

Lori and Ken are ardent defenders of the Pearls, but not all Christians agree with the Pearls' teachings for the same reasons they disagree with Lori.  Here are the reviews  of TTUAC and CTBHHM that Canadian pastor Tim Challies wrote: TTUAC 1TTUAC 2CTBHHM 1CTBHHM 2.

Challies would laugh in your face if you called him a feminist. He is not. At the end of the second post on Debi's book, he says "avoid at all costs" and recommends other complementarian writers' books for wives.  He agrees with the complementarian view of marriage but says that Debi is harsh, has a poor command of Scripture and makes it say what she wants it to say, she has poor theology and gives very poor advice.  There are several quotes from the book. Debi is not a kind and gentle woman.

He says this about mentoring: "There are parts of the Christian life that can be easier caught than taught. A godly mentor is able to serve as a powerful display of the way truth works itself out in a life."

I couldn't agree more.

My title is "Swimming in Essential Oils" right now. I find that is fitting to share that there is a FDA concern about Kratom. Here is the press release from the FDA: https://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/PublicHealthFocus/ucm584952.htm

I bring it up here because Lori spouts that things that are organic and all-natural is the best way to treat everything.

If I am reading this warning correctly: https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/cms_ia/importalert_190.html it is saying what the drug is in teas and non-teas (I assume that means pills or oils) and "other cosmetic raw materials". If you look at the important alert link, do a search for Kratom to see what it is in, the list is all distributors subject to detention w/o physical examination.

forgot to finish my thought. So I wonder if Ms. Lori has tried any of these teas or if any of the ingredients in her special organic stuff is on the alert list....

Also notice the first link, it has 2 distributors in California (which makes sense since it seems to be coming from Indonesia)

Oh come on!  It is absolutely abuse.  Yes, the kids don't speak out because they think it is okay.  It's called Stockholm Syndrome.   Three kids died as a result of that awful child abusing manual.

https://www.babble.com/mom/to-train-up-a-child-teaches-punishment-that-kills-kids/

Snippet from the article:

"Using plastic tubing to beat children, since it is “too light to cause damage to the muscle or the bone”

Wearing the plastic tubing around the parent’s neck as a constant reminder to obey

“Swatting” babies as young as six months old with instruments such as “a 12-inch willowy branch,” thinner plastic tubing or a wooden spoon

“Blanket training” babies by hitting them with an instrument if they try to crawl off a blanket on the floor

Beating older children with rulers, paddles, belts and larger tree branches

“Training” children with pain before they even disobey, in order to teach total obedience

Giving cold water baths, putting children outside in cold weather and withholding meals as discipline

Hosing off children who have potty training accidents

Inflicting punishment until a child is “without breath to complain”.

Off-topic, but I do have to comment on this: Kratom is not addictive. It's not the same as morphine, not even close. Just because it acts on opiate receptors doesn't make it an opiate. You cannot get high on it. You cannot even OD on it. If you take too much of it, you throw it up. Period, end of story.

I use it periodically for my break-through pain that cannot be managed with triptans or OTC meds. It's fairly effective without all the side effects of RX drugs -- or even otc drugs. The paranoia about kratom comes from the same place that the paranoia about marijuana comes from. I don't use marijuana, but I do know that the fears surrounding its use are highly, highly overblown. People have been using kratom for centuries.

Thank you! I don't know anything about the supplement.

I assume it is on the FDA watch list because it is unregulated and unproven and the people distributing it are unscrupulous, but that is my guess.

It's harlot day again in Lori-Land:

Quote

Many women today dress and act like harlots. A harlot is a woman who prostitutes her body for hire and who forsakes the true God and worships idols. We must study how a harlot dresses and acts to make sure we don’t resemble one in any way.

I'm guessing there will be a quiz?

If I am reading this correctly, the poster remained calm and let the child cry until she saw she was not going to get her way and was too tired to continue her fit. There was no mention of spanking, and the child still learned that having a fit doesn't work.

How can that be?
