She has a little cold so her eye isn't quite right.

My three foster failures! The black fella (He's my sun and stars, for real) was part of a newborn litter rescued from a dumpster right before it was emptied and the sisters were tiny ferals at my daughter's  Law School here. Appropriately named RBG and Elena Kagan. They just starting speaking to me again after this trip to the vet. (she said my calico was a bit too round. the nerve.)

Charlie decided I needed help painting the kitchen; his version of help is to nap on the stove. Yep, the stove.

Naaaaw... I love cats. Unfortunately I’m mega allergic to cats, so I can not have one.

My headship finished our catio last weekend, and Roxy is taking a nap... and not sharing!

Cat lovers I need help. I thought my girl had a cold but she has full blown pink eye. We came home today from errands and suddenly her eye is worse. Swollen and runny, the pink membrane is really swollen. It accelerated tremendously. Of course the vet isn't open until Monday, should I try to get an emergency appt. tomorrow? I have no experience with cat pink eye but that's what it looks like according to Dr. Google. I did gently wipe her eye with a warm wash cloth and rinse with pure saline. I feel so helpless looking at her. She does not seem to be in pain let me wipe and flush her eye.

There was a part 2 to the cats with jobs article in which Larry was mentioned, as well as the Foreign Office cat, Palmerston. Cats have long been a feature at 10 Downing Street, although there hasn’t always been an official “chief mouser”. According to David Cameron Larry is a civil servant, so he stays on even when the PM changes (Larry started in 2011).

Had to get China into her carrier so Mom could take her to Tractor Supply’s vaccination clinic(the complex I’m moving to requires her to be caught up on her shots).   I now have a thoroughly pissed-off puddytat.

@DancingPhalanges, your kitty looks so much like one of my grandcats.  She's also a long-haired tuxedo.  Recently my daughter had to take her to work and so the kitty had to stay in her harness all day.  It seemed to be good for her temperament so I'm giving them the Thundershirt I got for the dogs and which they would not wear.

My SIL and my niece went home from the hospital today. 

TK got to meet her little sister for the first time.

I went over to pester my sister in law, niece, and furball last night. 

TK's getting to be a little bit more accepting of the whole situation. 

She jumped up to watch her mama take care of her human little sister.  

Of course she wanted me to rub her belly (and activate the ol' murder button) and stop paying so much attention to the little human.

Someone was mad at me yesterday because I had to evict her from my hoodie so I could go to church.
