A group of White Nationalists carried Nazi flags and shouted racial slurs throughout Sunday's March of Remembrance, an event designed to honor survivors and those who died in the Holocaust at the Depot Park in downtown Russellville.

Robert Vork, an associate professor of English at Arkansas Tech University and an attendee on Sunday, described watching Beryl Wolfson, a World War II veteran, recall his memories of Dachau, a Nazi concentration camp liberated on April 29, 1945.

"One of the most moving, revealing and angering things I've ever witnessed was watching Beryl Wolfson, a World War II veteran in his 90s, in a wheelchair, struggling to put his terrible memories Dachau into words and almost breaking down at one point because the Nazis [White Nationalists] were shouting obscenities at him," Vork said. "That courageous old man's shaking voice is a call to all of us."
