Matthew for a boy (though with their accent Matty would sound like Maddy, which would remind them of Madison).

Mia Faith (my faith). Probably not Miriam since it means 'rebellious'.

I'd also go with Matthew for a boy. Michael and Marcus are traditional boys' names, whereas Mackynzie and Meredith are more unusual. Plus Matthew is a good Biblical name, which I think would be important to Smugs and Anna. Maybe also Mark. 

For a girl, hmm... maybe Melissa/Marissa. Can't think of much more.

Anyways... that would be awful if Anna was preggo again, mostly for the Band Aid Baby. "Yeah, you were conceived to try and save your parents' marriage. Your daddy is an asswipe and your mommy gets blamed for whatever he does."

I really doubt this rumor is true, just due to the spacing between the existing M kids. 

Also how stupid of them, but then again, these are Duggars..

Uhhh....I hear echos of Jimmy Carter's 'lust in my heart for other women' comment in his 1976 Playboy interview.  It caused a bit of an uproar with the fundie-pharisees at the time.  Basically, a prominent Christian man admitted that he got horny when looking at women other than his wife..and that he (gasp) was a sinner in that regard.  I think that it's a case of a man owning his humanity. This so-called Christian "treatment" for sex/porn addiction is inane at best and inhumane at worst.

Honestly, I'm not even going to bother to try to figure out what name they would choose. With the exception of Michael, none of the Duggar grandkids has had a name I expected them to. And, I'm not sure if Josh and Anna would continue on their path towards more traditional names, or if they'd try to top Israel and Spurgeon.

I feel for Anna.  I found out I was pregnant i with my 2nd about three days after I'd met with a divorce attorney when my 1st was 10 months old.  The thought of having two kids in diapers alone depressed me more than the thought of staying married, so I stayed married.  We divorced when the 2nd was 5.

My ex got a new woman pregnant four months after we'd separated.  LOL.

I hope it's not true, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was. For all we know Anna's spacing of kids could've been due to Josh not putting out as much as one would think. I guess being in Jesus jail is no picnic and Josh would probably be desperate to have sex.

I'm not really sure why people keep thinking this (not just picking on you...you were the shortest one I've found to quote.  lol)  Just because spacing is wide between several children, doesn't mean it always will be.  My oldest was about 3 months shy of 3 when my second was born, and we had had a miscarriage between the 2 of them.  We were actively trying and were shooting for fertile days.  My third child was born 11 months to the day later.  Using not very diligent NFP,  we waited almost 4 years before we even thought about having another baby, and he took almost a year to conceive.  We've (knock on wood) gone another almost 8 years now.  Just because I had 2 of my kids over 2 years apart doesn't mean I wasn't able to conceive quickly with my little happy accident.  FWIW, he's the most easygoing, happy, sweet kid I've ever met.  (I'm not just saying that as his mom, either.  He lights up the room everywhere he goes, and so many people have commented on what a great kid he is.)  

My cycles are crazy.  I didn't nurse my big kids.  After my oldest, my period didn't start again for nearly a year.  We're not sure after the 2nd since I was pregnant before I'd had a period.  The 3rd, it came back after about 6 weeks.  The youngest I did nurse until  he was 2+, and my period came back after maybe 2 months from birth, while I was still exclusively nursing on demand around the clock, including several times overnight.  He didn't sleep through the night until he was 1.  Every pregnancy is different.  I can go 6+ weeks between periods, but they last an entire 7-day week when I have them.  It's the luck of the draw.  It's also certainly given us enough heart attacks during the times when we've been actively trying to NOT have another baby!  There have been many times we were convinced I was pregnant again, but I thankfully wasn't.

You are probably right, but this just made me feel icky. I don't want to believe Anna would jump right back in bed with Josh, but I'm not fooling myself here.

It's not just her usual spacing, it's coupled with the fact that it appears (appears, we don't know for sure) that she's not seen much of That Pig since August.  So the odds are low.

And Radar lies.  And Anna would probably love to "think" she's pregnant even if they didn't.

I'm sure Anna breastfeeding hold off her cycles too, or she would have a lot more kids (unless of course the spacing was intentional). Stress can cause issue with milk supply, meaning Anna's cycle could have come back a lot earlier than it has in the past.

I hope she's not pregnant. There is no way having another baby to Josh (at least right now) would help this "bad" situation not turn into a "disaster".

I still think it's hilarious that Josh is at REHAB. Like he needs to be rehabilitated from being a cheater? Stop cheating, figure out why you did it (maybe via therapy or whatever), work on your marriage, and maaaaaybe stop procreating until you figure things out! Also hilarious that he'll cheat his ass off, but won't use a fucking condom with his wife.

In September, I went the whole month without having my period. There was absolutely no way I could have been pregnant, but I spent the entire time taking p-test after p-test because I was convinced I was pregnant. I also kept trying to figure out how I would have gotten pregnant, trying to see if I could remember every day in the previous 3 months. And, I kept freaking out because no one was going to believe that my baby didn't have a dad. Lol

One thing I love about my birth control (beyond the obvious it allows me to NOT GET PREGNANT) is keeping my cycles so regulated that I know exactly what day of the week I will get my period, even down to the hour I'll get it. If that's TMI, oh well, the point is love have autonomy over my own body and the fact it allows me and my husband the choice of when we want to be parents.
