I reckon I'm a bit of both. I'm a confident speaker, and do enjoy socialising, but I like living on my own too! I can have the best of both worlds. I'll go to work or hang out with mates, but when I've had enough I can shut the door on the rest of the world.

I've taken a few of those little quizzes that pop up now and again, and when it comes to introvert vs. extrovert I'm always right in the middle. I love being around people and we socialize a lot, but if I don't get solitude I turn into a beast. I'm counting the minutes until the LittleSquirrel starts her day camp next week. I work from home, and the summers of constant togetherness can be rough.

My husband, thankfully, does not need much alone time and even though he should obviously command me to somehow magically get over it, he will get her out of my hair for awhile a few evenings a week so I can be alone.
