This reminds me of one of my own favorite "Doonesbury" strips where he takes on evolution as it pertains to TB. You can see it reposted on stupid evil bastard.

Basically, creationist comes in, and is asked if he wants treatment for the current TB, or only the "unevolved" version... punch line just wins it though.
