Re windows, I’ve got you all beat: I avoided cleaning my windows this spring by having them all replaced. (They’ll be easy to clean when the time comes because the panes can be tilted so I can get to both sides without trouble.)

But she apparently has no knowledge of how to ensure her written words convey the desired emotion/sensation, and also has no apparent review process to check her writing.

So strict that something they claim to do in spring & fall fell to the wayside for two years because the poor schedule was upset by a porch that needed to be torn down and COVID.
