I'm not 100% positive this is real but it would not surprise me if it was....

If it's real good luck with getting out of paying the photographer.  And finding a new one.

If the photographer really takes legal steps, they’ll have to pay full + court fees + new photographer (if they even find one in less than 2 months). But with all those fees heading their way, their photos will be taken on a phone camera anyways, I assume.

It was also pointed out that if real that email will make it a lot easier for the photographer to collect.
