I doubt it will happen, but boy, do I ever want Beth Moore to be elected president of the SBC. I want to see Lori's head explode into a million fragments. :laughing-rolling:

And here I was thinking I'm a bad person for wanting the same!  :laughing-rofl:

I'd say we should take a poll, but I'm pretty sure it would be heavily one-sided. :pb_lol:

Okay, this Joshua Joseph Hughes guy? He is seriously not running on all four cylinders...

To the reader that is truly walking in the truth abiding in God's word and being led by the spirit if you are being assaulted in your sleep or being tortured after relaying a message on this page I want you to know that there are witches and warlocks monitoring this page that are doing witchcraft against God's anointed that are casting spells and trying to buying people's minds. heads up body of Christ!

Oh, and he also had this to say about Beth Moore:

Quote

Beth Moore is apart of the luciferian agenda. She has compromised faith and family for fame and fortune. She is horribly deceived and promoting new age and Hindu practices.

Lori's FB page is turning into wackadoo central lately.

On her doodle yesterday on facebook. Someone commented that they agree, but that love or having love should also be added to the list. Its deleted today! I didn't think to capture it cause its seemed mundane. But silly me, love is offensive to Lori.

More comments from her sunscreen post....just wow!!

thetransformedwife@thmdiaries we have rarely used it. The secret is simply to not be out in the heat of the day for very long.

thmdiaries@thetransformedwife yes I agree and I personally believe that most of the news/articles/things we heard about the negative effects of the sun are more for indoctrination hence the need to use toxic sunscreen

cah14ga@thetransformedwife I haven’t used sunscreen in a while, now I’ll never. I usually avoid long exposure in the sun anyways, my skin is nice and white. I buy a product locally made for my sons eczema that is just Shea, lemongrass oil, and vitamin E...says it can be used as a sunscreen also.

virginia.tomlinson81Thank you for always giving us great information!!! I knew sunscreen was bad I just wasn’t sure why. I have 4 boys. Thank you.

marlagrace_Wow!

andreibesantI don't use sunscreen on me or my children. Sun exposure is good for you. After awhile, if needed, we simply cover up.

thebluebirdsarenesting@virginia.tomlinson81 me too! I thought of yeh slather babies in chemicals what can go wrong?!

@Loveday Is that quote from him about witchcraft on his own page?

Looks like it's time to share another one of my favorite picture puzzles. Some say there is a horse in this photo, but NOPE! I can't see it. Even when I put my face REEEEEEALLLL close to the screen, all I see is the wasitband of those cowboy jeans. Weird.

But I love this kind of puzzle - very challenging and good for your eyes.

Isn't there an old song that goes something like "Save a horse ride a cowboy"?

No, it was on Lori's Beth Moore post from this morning. But...it's gone now. Not sure why, I'm pretty positive she agrees with him.

@Loveday Ha even better then. So he was saying that their are witches and warlocks monitoring her page doing witchcraft? FJ is witchcraft now. I love it! Disagree with Lori and you are doing witchcraft. I wonder if Ken made her remove that one.

So...does anyone want to see a picture of my sourdough rye bread dough, which is rising as I type?

No? Then instead you get the backyard this morning, here in gardener's paradise.

There's actually method to the messiness. The fava beans at lower right will be done, if all goes well, in time for the winter squash in front of them to take over the space. The rhubarb in front of the artichokes will subside for the year as the chokes keep going. The stuff on the back fence is raspberries (July) and hardy kiwi (September). We ate the lettuce just as the favas were starting to overwhelm it. I could go on, because I'm obsessed with this kind of living jigsaw puzzle, but you get the idea.

Yesterday I wrote a heartfelt appreciation of this group, its wit and and support and respect for facts. The day before I had been to my grandson's kindergarten concert, the last day of the quarter with my university students, and a community Iftar (after-sundown meal during Ramadan). I was and am feeling grateful for the different forms that community can take. Evidently I failed to post it in my  post-migraine fog, so you're getting this instead.

And because @usmcmom has brought back the cowboy with the invisible horse, I want to extend my welcome to any newcomers with this: http://thesaltcollective.org/modesty-whensuitsbecomestumblingblock/

@usmcmom  You evil, evil woman posting that puzzle picture  You caused me to waste hours...... hours I tell ya .... trying to see the horse but I just cannot.  Sigh.  I must keep trying though, because I won't let a mere photo defeat me.

P.S. Do you have any more puzzle pictures like that?  Asking for a friend.

So it's only the preteen and teenage crotches that are pissing Jason off, and causing him to shut his pure, virginal eyes. Interesting. So he'd be OK in a roomful of yoga-pants clad ladies in their 30s, 40s and 50s?

And why is this in his FB photos?  It's in a 'As always the truth comes out about these luciferians' post, but if it's so evil why is he reposting it at all?  Isn't that putting a stumbling block in his brother's path?

Oh shoot. Sorry to USMCmom for inaccurate attribution. My journalism students get big points off when they do that. Off to the prayer closet for me, and my cowboy.

O be still my heart!!

Men in well cut, well fitted suits,.  I cannot help myself.  I stare.

Also men in well worn Levis, white button down shirt with the sleeves rolled just below the elbow, and either boots or sock-less loafers. I mentally melt and swoon.

How dare they flaunt their covered up hotness?  Have they no shame!!!  Just sitting there bold as brass in the coffee shop in a suit and tie, checking their phones while waiting for a colleague.

Don't even get me started on formal business meetings. Or Tuxedos

Male burqas ...  that's what we need. Male burqas to stamp out all this suit wearing immodesty.

Levis that fit "just right"...leaving just a wee bit to the imagination. T-shirts that are not too tight but not too loose. Any military uniform (preferably Navy or USMC). A pair of runner's legs sticking out of a pair of shorts. Properly trimmed goatees.

I'm just as visual as any man...sitting here watching Battleship again for the Liam Neeson and Taylor Kitch ass shots.

Looking at Lori's posts on modesty, and now I am laughing all the laughs...

Quote

My daughters never even tried to dress sexy or immodestly so it was never an issue or battle for us.

Quote

My daughters had no desire to be sexy or flirty.

Quote

They didn't need to dress sexy in order to draw guys to get their attention.

Oh, Lori... :pb_lol:  Really?

I love baseball but I'm dreading the new season because the White Sox ownership is THE FUCKING WORST. I watched Dominican League Baseball (Lidom!) over the winter and fell in love with their joy, spirit, and exuberance. The broadcasts were in Spanish and my Spanish is pretty weak but I loved catching phrases and repeating them. Bombe! I'm sad about MLB and Commissioner Idiota's busywork rules. But I love baseball, always and forever.
I guess I don't have a point. Just bitching. Te amo mucho, Lidom!

      Happy International Women's Day!

Humanity may have some work to do, to improve gender equality, but I was glad to hear that France has taken an important step to protect healthcare for women (and people of other genders who can get pregnant).

Feeling ragey this morning. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon in the hope of getting help for an ongoing injury. I went to a (different!!) doctor late last year who completely blew me off. He wouldn't do diagnostic testin, he refused to send me to a specialist, and he just told me to "take it easy" and "take ibuprofen." I'm hopeful for today's appointment but I'm also feeling a SEVERE amount of rage at that doctor from last year!

Well, the rash is back with a vengeance. It never completely cleared up. I saw the derm yesterday and they did another swab and yup, raging infection again, still? It is definitely strep skin infection. I am getting so damn tired and run down from this. Who the f would immagine being hospitalized freaking TWICE for a rash?

My niece is going to be a seat filler at this year's Academy Awards.  Seat fillers are asked to wear tuxedos regardless of sex/gender.  If you see a pretty young woman with very curly hair, it could be my niece.
