Catholic bashing on FB

I have an old friend that has taken to bashing Catholicism. You know the old idol worshiping, rosary bead, Mary being held to a higher standard than G-d.

She's married to a pretty strict Catholic (I used to date him before they were married.) It seems that she's become fundie of some type.

She used to be a stripper and single handedly raised her daughter. She didn't go past a GED and I always thought she was cool because she did what needed to be done to raise her child with no education.

I've recommend that she read about Catholicism before bashing it. But, she knows it all and even said she didn't need to be educated.

Is she getting divorced? That's pretty rude and thoughtless to bash her husband's faith on FB.

That is what I thought at first. It is rude to bash your family's religion.

She's started posting chick tracts - she's being persecuted because I am recommending she read about Catholicism before she bashes it. She says she knows all about Catholicism because she's attended mass with her in-laws.

Totally off-the-tracks craziness...

I posted a post about Ghandi and his beliefs about religious tolerance. Then one from Buddism..... then even one from Joyce Meyer.

Nope, she's the only one who possesses understanding about Christianity.
