"If you can have gays who don't seem gay, why can't you have heterosexuals who kind of seem gay? She wouldn't run for president if her husband were gay!" she adds

Well my mother always did say a wife and kids wasn't evidence a man wasn't gay...

Tis true. I was in a friends wedding several years ago, in which she had mom, dad, and two stepdads. I dint think it is all that uncommon either.

Ann Coulter is the most racist, homophobic, spidery blond man in the whole world. Sorry, every time I hear or read about her I think off how opinionated, stubborn, religiously bigoted and ignorant she is.

No disrespect to Republicans or Conservatives here, but I can't stand that she-man. She is even against feminism, which is kinda ironic considering her position and success.

She's something that's tough, but not impossible, to be: A FEMALE female impersonator!

Being married proves nothing...

I've got a friend who came out after being married for over 10 years with 3 kids...

I dated someone who came out years later on and off for 5 years.

Sometimes I wonder if Ann Coulter is just trolling. Like, no one could really be that publicly hateful and still be respected by any contingent of people.

I do think she plays up her schtick for her fanbase, but that really just says more about the pervading opinions of hardcore republicans.

Maybe she's like how she's portrayed in The Boondocks, just orchestrating it so she doesn't have to strip.

How exactly did that come about? Trying to figure out the two stepdads is making my brain 'splode.

^I'm guessing her mom got married to another man, and her dad (who was actually gay) got married to another man too?

Maybe she's like how she's portrayed in The Boondocks, just orchestrating it so she doesn't have to strip.

Hahaha, that's what I was thinking. That scene between her and "Rollo Goodlove" is one of the best on that show. "She just do that to get that redddneck money"

Two step-dads would be mom and her husband ( step-dad one ) and dad and his husband ( step-dad two )

Similarly with two step moms - dad and his wife ( step-mom one ) and mom and her wife (step-mom two )

I have a somewhat-relative (my family is complicated like that) with a mom, a dad, and two stepdads. The parents married, had a child, then divorced because the dad had come to terms with the fact that he was gay and that a wife and baby won't fix that. Both parents remarried men and had joint custody of the daughter.

My uncle came out as gay after decades of marriage and having a child. He waited to come out until my cousin was out of high school so he wouldn't be teased, because they live in a very backwards area. I think he was also waiting for his very conservative father to die, but he just keeps right on living and my uncle couldn't live a lie any longer. When I first heard about it, I was a little surprised. Then I thought about it for 10 seconds and realized that it was pretty obvious the whole time. There's a fantastic picture of him with a porn star mustache.

Mom and dad have a kid, break up, mom remarries making one step-dad, dad remarries (or enters into a long term relationship that any reasonable person would consider a marriage) making two step-dads.

Thanks for the two-stepdad explanation! My brain is fried this week and can't handle complex thinking.

If she ever gets married, I'd vote for her. That's how sure I am that will happen.

I have thought this.

Those who support her astonish me. (There's probably a better word than "astonish" for what I mean, but I can't find it right now).

A (female) friend of mine got married to a guy when they both were about 26, now at 28 she's divorced because he found he's actually gay.

He had a wife at one point, obviously, but is gay.

I always thought Marcus Bachman actually was gay...not because of how he looks or anything he does...because he is just way to against it to such an obsessive point that it seems self hating. The fact that he's married with kids doesn't mean anything either way.

But I absolutely hate Anne Coulter and don't want to give credibility to anything she says ever. I can't even imagine someone being as hateful as her. The fact that she hates everyone who is even the tinniest bit different from her does make her seem like a real life troll. That amount of hatred, including self hatred for women, just seems so unimaginable to me.

Quasi-random, but Coulter is dating Jimmy "JJ" Walker.

"Damn, damn, damn!" Florida Evans.

If you get that, you are a fellow old person. ;)

Marcus Bachmann pings my gaydar like a gong. Not just for his mannerisms and his voice but for his whole "pray the gay away" therapy schtick.

He and the Pissing Preacher would make a fabulous couple!!!

Didn't know who that was so I googled him. All I can say is what the...They make such an odd couple.

Then again she once dated a Democratic congressman from NJ and later on a Democratic NYC city councillor, so whatever...I wouldn't be surprised if she disagreed with 50% of her own outlandish statements and does it for the publicity.

Hell she was also a Grateful Dead tourhead.
