Speaking of his mugshot, do any of you with legal or law enforcement experience know if he would have been given a breathalyzer or drug test when he was arrested?
I was wondering because they stated in court that a couple of points in his favor were no drug/alcohol use so he would have tested clean if they did test.  
Seriously, though, the mugshot makes him look like he's had to much to drink the stink would be coming out of his pores.  If he was sober for that mug shot he needs to see a doctor.

It’s not necessarily a given that he would be tested when arrested. There’s no evidence of this being a drug or alcohol based offense.

According to the lawyer part of the plea could be only being charged for one count.

It was very informative...apparently there’s a federal sentencing scale that you can move up or down on based on a lot of things pertaining to your current crime and your history and depending on where you end up on the scale there’s a certain correlating range of time where a judge will most likely sentence you. Judges can give you more or less time than what the scale recommends, but then they have to justify their decision. He did say that Josh could still get up to 20 years, but he thought the 9-12 seemed to be most likely (not a sure thing, but likely).

The lawyer explains it better than I can, but it was very interesting.

He can always freeze sperm, and give permission for anna to take it out as needed. I think. I'm not sure about the consent around sperm banks and who can access the deposits. (EW). Although, I wouldn't put it past these people to try and "save money" by literally putting it in the kitchen freezer instead of a cryptofreezer, and ruining it.

I don't.  If she feels unsafe because someone approached someone with a question on a public road then she could have used her legal rights as an adult and told the judge she would not agree to have him in her home.  She chose to "support my husbands decision" and now she has a pedophile in her guest room.

The paparazzi didn't go on their property.  If they didn't expect that then the two of them are about as smart as a box of hammers.  She signed up for this.  (If I'm wrong and the press were on their property illegally then that's different.)

Does anyone know the facts on the Danica Dillon stuff?   Josh is capable of all of it, IMO, but I could have sworn she dropped her suit because it was proven in court that she'd lied.  There was video footage and plane logs (commercial) of him being at some IBLP thing in Texas the day she says it happened in DC.  

I can't remember and it's bothering me enough to wade back through the old posts and I don't want to.

She dropped her civil case when evidence was shown to her attorney that supposedly proved Josh couldn't have been in Philadelphia when she claimed they were together.  Nothing was proven in court.  When her attorney saw the evidence he dropped her and then the case was dismissed.  As I recall, she agreed to dismiss with prejudice meaning she can never re-file.

I don’t think the Duggars believe in freezing sperm.  I think they are firmly of the “do it the old-fashioned way” school of reproduction.  It’s “accept as many children as the Lord sends,” not “masturbate into a cup and save it for later.”

I just read a few pages, and I saw that, but there was also a bit of back-and-forth irritation between a few posters on FJ culture and etiquette. It lead me to a former poster and in a roundabout way to the infamous "I don't even know who you are!" post, so that gave me a chuckle.

I do believe a cancellation is likely if the ratings take a hit. TLC did make it very, very clear and have gone as far as to edit Josh out of episodes. I don't believe we will know whether or not Counting On will be cancelled for a few more months. Also, I do believe that they will have to confront Josh's arrest some how in an episode. Whether it is interviewing the sisters, having a brutal scripted sit down with the family, etc. they are probably going to have to do something. There is no way TLC, in my opinion, will be able to continue Counting On (if they really do hope to) without having a "special episode" showing the Duggars confronting Josh's crimes head on.

Breathlessly at the time I came home everyday to read the Danica update. I had never really seen porn until I googled her name. Apparently she, fame-whore, complaining in interviews she did not like the sex he paid her for. (I'm guessing not liking sex with Josh Duggar is a given.)

Interestingly, I read an interview with her sister (who probably has her own issues) who said that while yes, they had sex, Danica made up the rest because she thought it would help her career.

Recently I read she has apparently left the porn industry but blames her affiliation with Josh Duggar for people making fun of her at work, calling her a d---- sucker. Mind you, when I googled her name, that is exactly what I saw her doing plus her wah-hoo plastered all over the internet, plus all the usual pornly things. She is still selling interviews linking her name to Josh's. 

In summary and conclusion, her relationship to Josh Duggar did not help her career then, and bringing it up now won't help new career, especially if she is hoping to get people to quit mocking her. Who would think a man with 6.5 kids is a gold mine?
