As the saying goes, if you tell a lie enough times you will start to believe that it's the truth. That's what I see happening right now. Between the lies of Trump and fox news, people including Pence are believing those false realities instead of what really happened. I would not be surprised at all if in a couple of weeks either fox or Trump declare that Trump never had covid and he never went to the hospital and that is fake news smear job that the Democrats are trying to spew to undermine his health.

I didn't see it until I was old enough that it didn't scare me too much.

I tried watching the remake, but couldn't handle the grossness.

I hope the fly that touched Pence survived the ordeal.

Pink eye can be a sign of Covid is all I can think about.

He has all the charm of...wait he has no charm. He does however have an oily voice dripping with insincerity and lies and he's an ass so there's that. 2024 isn't looking likely Mikey even the fly didn't stick around.

No contest as to which one I'd want running my country.

He also seemed to have "lines" that he wanted to drop in even when it didn't make a whole lot of sense. Getting the bullet points in like he had a checklist that he better follow.

The next moderators better have some balls. Clearly repugs strategy is to interrupt to distract that they have no clue how to run the country.

Okay I just saw snippets from the debate but thought Kemala did extremely well. But all I‘m reading in the media is how bad Pence was but no word at how good she was. Is it just me?

Yep. Don't forget this is the guy who tried to get Marla Maples to abort Tiffany. If he'll pay money to keep a porn star quiet, I have little doubt he's paid for a few abortions in his time. I want a closer look at Kamala's necklace. I know that has nothing to do with the debate, but it was lovely and I'd like a closer look.

Many of the articles I've seen about the debate talk about how she dealt with being interrupted, and how common it is for women to have to deal with interruptions by men. Also how she had to modulate herself for appearances sake, because she's female.

I just thought of another low point, when Pence pivoted to the looting post numerous police brutality cases involving death. How about we not be more concerned with the effect vs the cause. Which one comes first? No one likes looting, but man-o-man how much is one group supposed to take before they are allowed to respond? How about people in authority stop killing people? How about they learn a better way to work with people, yes, even criminals. Whataboutism in its worse form.
