Quick explanation for people outside Australia - Victoria had case numbers under control, with the only new cases being returned travellers in mandatory quarantine. Then there was a breach (probably more than one but this is the most notorious) when a security guard who was supposed to be guarding the people in quarantine was allegedly offered fun sexytimes by someone in quarantine, accepted, became infected and managed to spread the virus to workmates, family and friends and here we now are at over 200 cases per day. But it did lead to the following tweets:
