With respect to all the Americans here... we really do not want to reopen to the country leading the world in confirmed cases right now, and I wouldn't trust your leader to know "safely" if it came up to him, slapped him around the head and did the safety dance while screaming "control the pandemic first, you orange moron". 

And I sincerely hope Scotty was pandering and continues to listen to medical advice or we're going to see a lot more outbreaks.
