This ad is from a young Dem who is running a good race in a ruby red district in TN.  He's doing well with TN Rs who are sick of the current R representative (Desjarlais), who is a real doozy (see tweet below video).

Hard to watch, but I’m glad this message is finally out there. I find it appalling that this wasn’t discussed in the debates, and that this issue seems to mostly have been forgotten in the minds of the public.
