I think it's hysterical that dozens of people on her tatoo post are telling others that she's actually a man.  I can just picture her sitting behind her computer, angrily chomping on her einkorn bread, and stewing about how she can prove she's The One.

The majority of the board members and administrators at the Christian school I worked at believed that credit cards might be the "Mark of the Beast" from Revelations. That was back in the day that they only had the magnetic strip. I'm sure the chips have upped their paranoid rhetoric on that by 10,000. 

The school had a fundraising dinner and auction one year. The auction was a resounding failure and the best guess of us sane people there  was that their insistence to only take cash or checks did it in. We were even more convinced when checks for a couple of the big ticket items bounced and the school never got the money from the buyers.

We were both technical virgins when we married.  I have no tattoos but I really, really want one.  My husband does not like tattoos and does not want me to get one but he is not forbidding me and ultimately prefers me to do what I want with my body because he isn't a monster.  We have no debt except our mortgage, but we have the bad habit of putting a couple hundred euros on the credit card to be paid off with the next paycheck (it could be covered by savings but it's still a bad habit when it's rarely for necessities).  I'm also a godless socialist feminist and Lori can go fuck herself.

There's a diaper commercial running here where the adorable little baby is squirming and rolling and trying to crawl away and the selling point is a stong elastic waist so you can easily catch hold of baby and finish up.  The mom in the commercial is smiling and nuzzling and kissing the baby but all I think of is Lori hitting a baby for being a baby and it makes me sick.

More importantly, he married a doctor'$ daughter.  But I'm sure love (cough) played a part (cough, cough) in it.  

 

Not for nothing, but couples are supposed to work out the finances together.  That might be difficult for someone who sabotaged getting knocked up because she felt she couldn't hack a career.  That whole honesty thing seems awfully hard for someone who thinks she "walks in truth."

Just read the Gwen thread and wtf o.O . And I will threat myself with a Magnum Almond popsicle for dessert and a "Berliner Weisse mit Schuss" (a special kind of beer with sweet woodrof sirup) after reading this. Only steak is out, my brother brought kebab from our favorite kebab place for dinner. And since I'm a single non-virgin with debts, so no man want's me, I must drown my non-sorrows in delicious food. Live is to short to deprive me of that joy.

I believe LA may be brain damaged and on top of her already toxic personality, the result is the progressively dumpster fire of a person that we see today. Brain damage would not be the cause of her awfulness of course, but has possibly exacerbated it in the sense that she contradicts herself, can't think analytically, and doesn't appear to remember shit she has posted before.

Ken was about to leave Lori's ass after more than two decades of misery, so she discovers that the bible tells her to love and obey her headship. She had to be told to love her husband, so everybody does. I got news for you Lori, most of us loved our husbands before we married them, which is why we married them! Why Ken put up with her shit for so long is a mystery to me, she was and is horrible. They both make me want to puke.

And it never crossed my mind to hit my beautiful baby, squirming or not. WTF is wrong with these people? Not even Serena Joy would do such a thing! Abusers, the whole lot of them.

@SilverBeach Your “brain” comment really struck me today. I know someone who lives her life by the Bible, and is coming to the end of a long fight with cancer, with tumors in her brain that have stopped responding to treatment.

But she is a lovely and loving person, generous, giving, and encouraging. Brain tumors haven’t changed that. (I’m so sad for her family and friends and the others she has poured out her life and talents for.)

I wouldn’t be inclined to excuse away LA’s horrible behavior in terms of brain damage. (I realize you were not doing that.) It sounds like she was a nasty, horrible person *before* her brain tumor. Brain damage didn’t change her personality. Unfortunately. Not even for the better.

I would never excuse Lori for anything! I have posted before that her many discrepancies, inconsistencies, logic fails, and simple-minded thinking, hatefulness aside, could perhaps be partially attribute to damage from her brain tumors. We totally agree that she has been awful her entire life.

My best friend from childhood died at 52 from neurosarcodosis. Sarcoidosis is an autoimmune disease that causes growths (sarcoids) in various parts of the body. The lungs are particularly vulnerable, but it can appear anywhere. My friend eventually had sarcoids in her brain, which did affect her motor skills. But she was always the same delightful, good-hearted, just all around wonderful person I had know since childhood. She truly suffered in silence, unlike Lori the Martyr and I miss her terribly.

By Lori writing the Debt free tattoo free virgin posts she is going against her beloved Titus 2 because the entire passage is about not acting in such a way as to cause God to be mocked. It also says "in your teaching show integrity, seriousness, and soundness in speech". She just wants to go viral. 

Her post has hit my Twitter feed with similar negative results. And it's showed up on other Facebook pages I'm a member of. Clash of the Worlds begins!

From her latest post: What that pastor wrote is simplistic and does not answer the question of suffering well. Also he uses James 1 wrong as I did not see where it says the trials are from God in that passage. And I'm sorry, no one is going to look at their child dying and say it was something sent from heaven.

My cousin's son has sarcoidosis. Their dr told them it basically acts like cancer.

I did find that photo as a stock photo and it appeared on a lot of sites as a person giving a review which makes me question the validity of the reviews haha.  But it very well could be Michelle Jones. 

But if that is a stock photo not only is Lori supporting a woman's job but she also has no way of knowing if there are tattoo a underneath her shirt, if she's debt free, or a virgin. If it's Michelle she's stealing an author's photo and still has no way of knowing those things.
