Looks like the "recent trip" that Joseph and co took was to Seattle a few weeks ago.  I don't understand why they are never current with their posts.  Many things are posted weeks or months after they happened

I wonder if Jesse wants to join the Marines, but Steve won't allow it. If so it's a shame he doesn't realize he can just leave one day and join and never look back.

Please Jesse, join the Marines.  It will expand your horizons. It will expand your worldview. It will expand your vocabulary quite considerably.  And then you can hopefully return home and help your siblings see that God's creation is so much more interesting and complex than they have seen so far.

Or at the very least, please read some books!

What busy schedule? Sarah a Full schedule means work and/or school and activities on top of it, not busy work your family makes you do. It's not really a donation if your going no around the breakfast table, get out and get some from the neighbors  

Are they always showered and dressed before breakfast so early? No wonder coffee is an idol in that house. Do the girls have to sleep in a dress too or can they use comfortable pajama pants or shorts? Questions that will never be answered...

I think number two has already been born and we'll see a post soon that reads "CALEB MAXWELL IS SIX MONTHS OLD!" Then Sarah will write "Surprise!  Joseph and Elissa had their little boy last February and he has been such a blessing.  Our schedules did not allow time for us to announce the pregnancy or the birth. With so many schedules to jugggle, we barely found time to take these pictures and let y'all know now.   We love Caleb so much and he has been such a sweet addition to our family."
