Ha ha.. how about this..  wedding next Saturday.  Anna goes into labor that morning and misses the wedding but an announcement is made during the reception.  In the meantime, Jana and JD both announce they are courting (not each other ;-) ) AND Joy announces a pregnancy.

Okay my turn. 

Anna shows up to the wedding next Saturday with SURPRISE! newborn who arrived the night before. Joe is a bit miffed that his thunder was stolen but knows he can't say too much since he proposed at his sister's wedding. Josh misses the wedding because his usual nap during labour turned out to be a deep sleep and he didn't wake up in time.

I hope that Anna has a decent birth experience and isn't exposed to a lot of negative press postpartum. She had what seemed like a last-minute home birth with M1, toilet birth for M2, drama enroute to the birthing center for M3, and In Touch magazine exposure of Josh's molestation around the time of M4's birth (not televised). Then Ashley Madison. Yeah, she chose to stay with him, but I still hope she didn't/isn't going into M5's birth with a lot of Josh-related baggage. He's the one who should be bearing the brunt of what he did.

Anna will go into labour mid ceremony. 

They will then use the baptismal pool for a water birth.

TLC will take the opportunity to choose money over morals (not new) and produce a "redemption special" as the baby being delivered into the house of god is clearly a sign of Joshie being cleansed of all sin.

Meanwhile JoKen will slip away unmarried. Nobody notices until sometime around their 25th anniversary

Josh spent Anna's labor at the doughnut shop because a man has to have is priorities.  Well either doughnuts or watching porn.  Not that the two are mutually exclusive

M5 will be born tonight just after midnight making it the 15th (my chosen date).  Asswipe will miss the birth because he left to get Anna club soda (and more snacks for himself) at about 10:30 and take the long way past a run down strip club where your entry fee comes with a free ham sandwich.  Josh finishes the sandwich and then pays for a second one, asking for an extra pickle.   Luckily the club takes credit cards and he is able to get a lap dance from a mother of five named Virgie who is only missing a few teeth.  Virgie is late on the payments for her used Saturn and she's will to let Josh play rough for the right price.  The meters running on the credit card until it hits its max.  Virgie knows what she's doing and she also knows to push the button to let the manager know to put the security film footage in the vault.  Little M5 is several hours old when Daddy staggers in sweaty without the club soda and with his shirt on inside out.
