I think Wisconsin and Michigan are still in play because of that. 

She needs those two and NH if he gets OH, NC, and FL.

She may still pull on electoral vote in Nebraska.

California's polls close at 8pm, and as in many other states, those in line at 8pm will still be allowed to vote.
