Yeah that green on the leather is strapped to his hips and is part of the costume. Sadly, the name of the thing escapes me. It's not a canteen; I think it's flat, or maybe a small carrier of some type.

I finally figured out who Doug reminds me of.....an older Tony Stark.

To me he looks more like Tim McGraw, though if I squint my mind's eye really hard and try not to think about it, I can almost sort of imagine the resemblance to Tony Stark. And then I change my mind because for all his dickishness, he is hot and Dougie appeals to me not at all.

Yeah she was on GH back in the early to mid 1990s, during the Ricky Martin era I believe. She was also on Melrose Place and Heroes.
