I'm just happy that Alice Munro has won the Nobel prize for literature. If you haven't read her stories I strongly encourage you to read them.

I am fucking STOKED. This is the most awesome thing ever. Okay, maybe not ever, but it's pretty damned great. Canadian writers rock!

And please, FJers, try to get ahold of some of her stories. They're wonderful. "The Bear Went Over the Mountain" is probably her most famous, and is certainly one of her best.
