That "privacy policy" was goign around on FB a while ago. Irritatingly silly and useless.

Yeah, I remember that. Some of my relatives posted it, and urged everyone else to.

(They are, not coincidentally, the same relatives who send multi-forwarded emails with dire warnings of [catastrophe] without first checking Snopes or some other reputable source to see if it's even true. For all their good qualities, they're naive, gullible, anxious, and probably think the Internet is a series of tubes. But I digress...)

Snopes is full of librul lies! They lie about everything! That's how you know that Obama really isn't an Amurikun!

Wow, that was hard to write! I have those people on FB, too. Drives me crazy, and then if you link to snopes to refute it, they get all pissy about it. Well, I wouldn't make you look stupid if you didn't do stupid things!

She also quoted this about divorce, possibly from her husband(?):

Except, wait for it...she is actually divorced! Maybe her previous marriage doesn't count because she hadn't found the lord when she married, and because he was a "porn addict" IDK, I'm not fluent in Christian Hypocrisy.

Bullshit.

Sometimes divorce is the best possible thing to happen to a marriage.

I would never train my children to whether abuse and truly incompatible personalities, just for the sake of a social more.

I have made so many people mad on FB by linking to Snopes to show that what they posted didn't really happen.

.

Why are there two men and two women in this marriage? Group marriage is not legal in the US.

What these people don't seem to see is that dating does not have "the sanctity of a lifetime commitment" - for the pretty simple reason that it isn't one.

Well, I'm Catholic, so she already had a low opinion of me.

Well, you might as well worship Satan, then

Sinced English is her second language, her public schools did a great job teaching her a second language. Even though she's against public schools.

I know. Those are the same people who essentially argue reality itself has an liberal bias whenever they get a dose of it from someone who did enough homework to debunk the latest moral outrage tale.

oooh, she found us!

We are all unbelievers, apparently.

And jealous, naturally

Again, glimmers of rational thought interspersed with raging hypocrisy.

YES! I had Franky out-of-wedlock when I was 18 by choice! He was not an accident, I chose to be a mom at that age.

She had a child as an unmarried teen, as well as 3(?) abortions. Her choices are valid and right and accepted by god, but everyone else who makes their own choices re: parenthood are vain, self-centered, narcissistic, assaulting Biblical principles, corrupting natural law, and practicing inherent evil. Yes, those are all her words.

Got married 2 months before I came to Christ and regretted it dearly after I started reading about marriage and realized what I had gotten myself into. I stayed for 4 years, until it was time to go.

Hmm, so the only moral divorce is her divorce. Everyone else just doesn't understand the sanctity of a lifelong commitment or the heartaches of being a family, plus they are setting terrible examples for their children.

Concerning birth control, I am against birth control for any other reason other than genuine medical reasons.
Ohhh, okay. So the practice of birth control is "inherently evil" except for MEDICAL REASONS. Gotcha. I guess she hasn't read Melanie Beggs' article in Above Rubies:

The doctor told my husband it would be too risky for me to have any more children and strongly suggested I should have my tubes tied. I was devastated and was grieving the thought of not being able to carry and nurse another blessing. You see, after my fourth child, God changed my heart about letting Him plan our family and shortly thereafter my husband's heart changed also. We decided to fully trust God and prayed that He would strengthen and repair my uterus.

I went on to have three more children by c-section and I am still hoping for more children. My uterus was no thinner than it had been and remained strong to hold these little blessings. I must say that both of my doctors are believers and they know we pray for them as well as my health. I share my testimony to give God the glory for all of these children He has blessed us with, no matter how they arrived. I fully believe God is able.

This is the point where I think she's being the most logical. It is crazy to risk your health and your life for the possibility of more children. I just don't understand how she can stand behind a screed that's tens of thousands of words long, bashing the rest of modern christianity for using birth control while justifying it in her own life. If she wants to determine what is or isn't god's will for herself, perhaps she should lay off judging other people for doing the same thing in their own lives.

What the hell happened to these people that they actually take pride in their ignorance? I wonder what their extended families think of them. I mean, if I were that fucked up, a blog that my parents, aunts and uncles could see, is about the last bandwagon I'd jump on.

That FB page has a nice tribute to FJ too. The same typical story told by poor, persecuted fundies.

Now that she knows about the "hive" I hope she comes here to give her testimony. That is just the thing I need today - a full frontal, fanciful flounce on FJ.

*goes off to the kitchen to make popcorn in happy anticipation of a confrontation*

She said we are ALL unbelievers. Is that the new way of referring to non-fundies? The way mormons call us all gentiles?

The thing that makes me stare about distrust of Snopes is that many times their fact checking is just the kind of thing we were expected to do in our high school research papers if we wanted a grade above D! Just an ordinary rural public high school in a shabby old building with painted concrete block walls. If your worldview is so shaky that a trip to a public library can topple it, you need to rethink your life.

I'm fabulous, I know! (and)

I made sure this post is public so they can read it! :) they are so in love with me, they are coming to check out my profile! Lol

She doesn't sound modest, and she definitely isn't keeping sweet.

Yikes, that was a long, drawn-out hissy fit, wasn't it? As the Church Lady would have said, how convieeeenent that no matter what has happened in her life, if she kisses God/jesus's ass enough, it's all wiped clean! (just realized that was a poor choice of words. )

Cupcake, I have no need to be jealous of you. I take personal responsibility for my life choices, and if I've done wrong I admit it and make amends. I have no need to perform rituals such as praying because I take action instead of aping a bunch of insincere words that some preacher tell me to say.

ETA: I see she's a fan of TTUAC. What a surprise. She's beer-bonging the Kool-aid.

Exactly. She's a super special snowflake. God can forgive HER anything because she's so special and everything is his plan for her, dontcha know? The thing is, if she felt she had no need to defend herself or her hypocrisy, why did she?

And I still say she knows jack shit about counseling.
