On Key and Peel they mentioned the Gibson quote but I couldn't believe that anyone would say something so horrible. Well, Key and Peel were correct. :shock:

He's in movies he makes himself. Like the one where the guy starts talking through a sock-puppet beaver? Which definitely happened after the Passion, but I don't think many people went to see it. (I didn't.) And there's another where Gibson plays a cop and his daughter is killed so he has to find out who and why they did it.

ETA: riffles, and the two movies were The Beaver (blech) and Edge of Darkness. He's also had some smaller roles according to IMDb.

Oh, I remember that recording vividly. Of course, his vileness had been on display for some time before that. Another anti-semitic episode came to light just a few weeks ago. I don't know why he was involved with a movie about Judah Maccabee in the first place.
