I think you're thinking of Sarah Mally, who wrote the Waiting for Prince Charming book. E&AS Botkin are along the same lines, but AFAIK they've never met the Duggars.

Just listening to AS&E on the "Generations" talk show (which mentions "Phileo love" so much it sounds like a podcast of Savage Love, but whatever...). AS does most of the talking and just says the same thing over and over - she sounds MUCH younger than her actual age....
