I was really hoping that the speculation about engagement the day he turns 18 was wrong. He's going to be a dad at 19.  Their cult is so fucked up.

Not to mention on IG it says that they have been courting for 14 months. So since he was 16. And they hid that until 2 months ago.

Maybe there is a glimmer of hope. The Spiveys have supposedly known the Duggars for over twenty years but “only” have six children. Perhaps they adhere to natural family planning which can possibly be taught to Claire and Justin. If Justin decides to stay in Texas near the Spivey family maybe their way of doing things will seem very appealing. Three child free years to enjoy each other, grow and mature, and hopefully save some cash would be a good beginning (imho) for this very young and sheltered couple. Well, one can but hope!

I won't read it but I know what it says. 

Without taking into account that courthouses are closed, hearings aren't happening, the back up is extensive from the first phase of shutting down in the spring, people have lost jobs & homes & income so filing for a divorce that will rot in the courts until they get a hearing is not really a great choice....

These people are too black & white for humanity.

Oh I think basically everyone saw that coming. Natty feels he has something to prove since he had so many failed relationships and he got married at 40. He’s a manly man with helmet hair.

Holy shit, Justin made a quick escape from the tin mansion and the bunk room! 

I don't blame him. At 17 I was staying over at my boyfriend's as much as possible and honestly felt ready to move in together if we had had the option. Living with controlling parents is the worst. I hope they are able to grow together as individuals and friends independently from their families.

Checked out Abigail Darnell's fb and she didn't "look" pregnant but of course I could be wrong. I will say, any fears I had about their union have been laid aside. She is as smug, self righteous and batshit crazy in her abortion beliefs as he is. She reminds me of Eden from the Handmaid's Tale.

If she’s due in June, she wouldn’t be showing yet, as she would only be 8-12 weeks along.

Olivia Collingsworth is answering questions about herself on Instagram. Someone asked what denomination she is and she said that she and her family "attend a methodist church, but just think of themselves as Christians who really love Jesus." Most of the fundies we follow here are IFB. I was surprised by her answer.

Yes, thats surprising. She surely hangs around a lot of IFB fundies, but i think this kinda stops the courtship speculation because they usually dont marry outside of their denomination.

Then she should’ve dated an older man like her sisters. That’s why hey were able to marry so young. Travis is a little younger than Katie and his parents probably expect him to finish college. Of course they can marry during college. But it would make things harder. But Travis comes from a well off family so maybe they would pay for a live in nanny or something.
